Takes so long if you need a gallon of paint right away. I had to wait 24 hours and you can't pay right away and have someone else pick it up

I’ll start with, I am hard to please.This place. Was. So. Accommodating.I came to this store a few days ago, I was assisted fairly quickly - mind you I had time to breath and look around first which I always appreciate. The staff were super friendly, courteous, and thoroughly informative. (I ask soo many questions)This very small dark haired girl helped me, cheerful young lady, and incredibly patient with my indecisive behind (you know how it is)I would say, come here if you absolutely need help. I go to a few businesses in the area already so this location was incredibly convenient! Also not incredibly busy, usually at home depot I’m waiting 10-15 to be helped. Within five minutes the staff were ready and on hand to give me so many suggestions. (I must of shown them a hundred photos of my place)Come here for your paint needs 10/10

Colour matches are always accurate and they are prompt to help every time I shop there.

Wonderfully pleasant counter staff who will mix up anything you need. Definitely consider them for a quote on your next project. Covid19 protocols are enforced here so bring your mask.

I went to this store last summer, and was very impressed with the service I received then. The store has really declined. Last week I spent around 5 minutes (store was empty) waiting to be helped, and then was treated like they wanted me out of the store as fast as possible. I was hoping to deal with the guy that helped me last time, but I didn't see him there. I am going to go to a different Dulux, at least their paint is still good quality.

They weren't able to make the paint I needed so I went to Sherwin

Avoid this location at all cost. I've been having good experiences with Dulux all the time at other locations until I came across this 12 Street encountering the strong East Indian accent manager who claims being born and raised in Canada with terrible customer service. Instead of keeping customers coming back for Dulux good products he tried to make them go away from his lack of knowledge in customer service. Wonder how he could be in that position!!!
