Great eye doctor who was very accommodating to my eye pain. I wasn't able to look into the light properly and she was so nice about it, very helpful and understanding. I absolutely recommend!!

The doctor was encouraging and helpful, explaining all the little things that mattered. I also enjoyed the experience of picking out frames. The associate was focused on the right frames for me, not the best sale for the store.

I've been a customer of Iris for 15 years and never had a bad experience. Brian and Donna specifically have exceeded my expectations with customer service on numerous occasions. I am writing this review because once again they have outdone themselves and provided me with industry leading customer care and support that cannot go unrecognized. Please do not hesitate deciding to make the switch to the best optometrist/optical providers Chilliwack has to offer.

Hands down the very best customer service I have ever received. Brian and his staff worked a miracle to get replacement lenses for my grandsonsDifficult prescription ….and they did it in four days! The care & compassion that they had for the situation was heart warming. I think they saw just how happy my grandson was when he announced that he “could see better than he had in his entire life”. Thank you again, we will forever be customers.
