Called to ask how late the car wash was open, before making the trip there and wasting gas to find out it was closed. The store representative on the phone refused to provide me with any information. All I wanted to know was the hours of the car wash so I could go and clean my truck.0/10 would not recommend

One of the worst employee . I went their for car wash , they said to come after some time “our car wash is down “ . I went their and they said me the same twice and after some time i called them then they said “i will ask to manager hold for a sec”. They waited me for 10 min. Then they said can you call after 15 min or i will give you a call . But when i tried to call them back they did not pick my call and keep neglecting me . After few hours they picked my call and they talked very rudely .

This location is horrible. I cannot use my credit card at the pump...EVER. They could not do an Optimum points redemption for me to get a car wash. And their responses to my inquiry we just a bunch of double talk.....I will not be back!

Isn't this place supposed to be open 247? When I came to the door, the employee had his headphones in and acted completely annoyed he had to come talk to someone when I was knocking on the door. He told me to go away, and that they where closed, wouldn't open the door or tell me how long just kept saying they're closed and to go away. This happened like 20 mins ago max.
