Gunsmoke Paintball Colchester

Took a group of 9 year olds - they absolutely loved it. Health and safety considerations were taken care of very well and we will definitely be back!!

Set in woodland with a number of interesting game layouts, Gunsmoke Paintball offers a really fun packed morning. The staff are all amazing, particularly referee Andy who guides the team to think strategically and bonds the team together. Safety is paramount and the equipment and game layouts all feel top notch. Would highly recommend.I would also advise you bring plenty of food and drink. We were there from 9-1 and we're surprised how hungry and thirsty we were and they only have cash-only vending machines or tea, coffee or bottled water from behind the counter with a £5 card minimum.We'll definitely be back!

Great day out, played a few places and this I have to say has the best and most helpful staff with the most reasonable prices. I would recommend to book one of their packages as they work out a little more cost effective. Very safe site and great with kids, the game areas are described very well and they help the younger children, without any attitude ( like I have experienced at other sites ) they also have a large rest area (safe zone as they call it) with good food and refreshment facilities and proper toilets! Clean toilets! All good no complaints would highly recommend to friends family and anyone else who would enjoy a day out!!

Great fun!Huge area of woodland and open fields too. Lots of varied, Call Of Duty style games.Really hot on safety discipline as well, felt very safe.

The staff are great, my son felt ill and they really were kind and caring about him. They took the current covid measures seriously and implemented them well, so no worries on that side. The day was good fun with well thought out games and lovely battlefields to fight over. Looking forward to coming back.

Not a huge fan of paint ball but this is a slick operation with experienced marshals. Very safe environment even for young people. Great fun arenas without big waits inbetween. The equipment was good quality and well maintained. They have lockers on site so you can store valuables. Didnt try any of the food and drink.Lady who signed us in and had a pet hawk which was random but fun.

Spent a whole day here for my son's stag do - had a ball. This is not one of the big national chains, so the scenarios are original and interesting. Excellent stages, with crashed helicopters and plenty of good props. Time bombs, sirens all add interest. Staff are friendly, very nice family run management team. Equipment is top notch. Prices are OK. Food good. I'd thoroughly recommend it.

My 14 year old and his 2 friends went along and had a great time. It was very well organised and the marshalls were very good with the kids. Good value I thought too. Will definitely go back.
