Late to post, but great experience and wonderful staff. I had an issue with one of the bindings on my skis, they were honest, and genuinely showed care for my safety. I definitely recommend!

In the last 15 years or so, I have purchased 3 mountain bikes from The Outside Store. The staff here are very knowledgable and friendly, and they go above and beyond when it comes to service. Thank you!

Beautiful store with friendly staff.The staff went above and beyond for me when my bike came in six months earlier than intended. Without hesitation they worked something out for payment and storage all with my best interest in mind. Very rarely do I encounter customer service that is as good as what I experienced here, I could not be happier.

I own a relatively old bike that I am rebuilding. These people are extremely helpful when it comes to trying to piece it together allowing me to try parts to see if they will fit. They are very helpful even to a “do it yourself” person like myself. Awesome customer service 5 stars for sure.

I have been a customer of this store for almost a decade now and have purchased several bikes over the years as I have upgraded or pursued a different form of biking (mountain, hybrid, etc.). You cannot beat the customer service, the level of knowledge and experience that they have to offer. I know that when I take my bike in for regular maintenance that it is in great shape!The staff are always friendly and take the time needed to ensure that you walk away with a product that suits your needs, interests, and level of activity. They also take the time to coach you on techniques (if it comes up in conversation). I always walk away with a good experience whenever I swing by.

Best customer service I have ever received! Purchased my first ever high quality commuter bike tonight (Kona- Coco) after several trips to the store to check it out. The entire staff made me feel so confident and excited about my purchase! They took the time to help me pick out accessories, adjust the bike.. they truly are so knowledgeable. You get a real sense of family purchasing a bike with them and I know that I will be a customer for life! If I could rate them more then 5 stars I would!
