Dwight Howe is a an amazing person and an amazing realtor. He makes shopping for a home feel like you're best friend is your realtor. He's incredibly nice, approachable and always professional. He does his best to make sure that his clients have realistic expectations and helps them to find exactly what they're looking for. Dwight helped my mother find a house and then when my wife and I were looking, he helped us. It was a great experience. He never made us feel like we were bothering him with our ever-growing list of questions and was always quick to find the answer if he didn't know it (which wasn't often). He even met with us, well into the evening, to view the house we would ultimately purchase. I would recommend Dwight, and the Howe team, to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You won't find another team more professional or dedicated and you definitely won't be disappointed.

We have used Dave Howe for both of our home purchases. We felt totally comfortable with Dave. His professionalism and caring nature are second to none. Dave took the time to answer all of our questions ( we had lots) he gave honest opinions and was genuine in the home he felt would best suit our growing family's needs down the road. When we signed up with Dave we didn't get a realtor, we got a family friend. Our children are grown and now have now used the Howe Team to buy their own houses. There is no other choice for us besides the Howe team.
