Had the best experience! Ashley was amazing… I was WAY overdue for a haircut and not once did she make feel weird about it. I was over the moon with how good things turned out. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Booked a simple blowout. The studio and staff were all friendly and helpful. There was a wide array of Aveda products available and the studio seemed very clean.Unfortunately the staff that washed my hair seemed to have forgotten to rinse the conditioner out of the back of my head. I had to go home and rewash with Aveda products.To be fair, I never informed the studio with my issue as I was from out of town and didn’t have the time prior to leaving.

Holly did the hair for me (bride), my mom and my flower girl at my wedding! She is sooooo good at giving the look you dreamed of- even if you can’t articulate exactly what you want- she works to make you happy! I loved my hair ALL day and ALL night. Beautiful salon in Smiths Falls. Very comfortable wash stations and luxurious Aveda products used and for sale. Got a hair cut with the owner Holly & she did a great job for a good price. Just showed her an old selfie and she was good to go. Will be back.
