I was completely blown away with the level of service and knowledge that Emerson shared with us. We have had terrible luck with pool companies and Emerson went over and above, blowing all the other companies out of the water.He not only helped clear up our pool, he took the time to explain our issue and what to do to stop it from happening again. He is very professional and knows what he is talking about. Highly recommend Mister Pool to anyone that needs pool help!

During this second COVID-19 summer, when pool companies are so busy, Mister Pool was responsive and I was able to book quickly. He was on time, clearly knew what he was doing, and was very friendly. At first, I was going to have an above ground pool that I inherited with my new house cleaned and prepared for summer, but then I decided to have it decommissioned and he was happy to change our appointment and do that for me instead. He gave lots of good advice and if/when I do get an in-ground pool, I will absolutely use him for service and opening/closing.

An emergency pool call and Emerson was quick to respond even on Canada Day! His friendly, highly knowledgeable, and efficient manner helped get our pool equipment up and running. Emerson took the time to explain the operation of the equipment and provided a plan for future care. I also really appreciate that you could book service using their online booking system. If you are looking for sensible, responsive and quality service Mister Pool is the company to call! So glad I found this company!

I was eager to have my pool opened up early this year for obvious reasons. A neighbor recommended Mr. Pool to me, I was very happy with the prompt response. Emerson was knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job. I will certainly be using Emerson's services this season.

We had our pool opened by another company but when we went to turn on the pump it didn’t work. We couldn’t get that company to come back so called Mister Pool. Emerson came promptly and was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem. We will now continue to use Mister pool for all pool needs!

I have been amazed with the level of knowledge and customer service that Emerson has provided me with my pool and hot tub this summer. In one visit he was able to address and problem solve an issue with my pool lights that I have had for 6 years!! He also, in the same visit, figured out why my pool heater was not working and fixed it and then installed a new salt cell which had been the initial reason for his service call. Emerson shows up on time, is a hard worker and is up front and personable.I highly recommend him for anyone with a pool or hot tub in Newmarket or surrounding area. He knows his stuff.

I moved into my house at the end of last pool season and was looking forward to having an entire summer season with a pool this year. I noticed a Mr. Pool sign in neighbourhood and thought I would give Mr. Pool a try and I am so glad that I did! Emerson is a true professional who responded to my request right away. He did a great job getting my pool up and running. I am a novice pool owner Emerson answered all my questions(which were many) very throughly and due to his kind personality I was not embarassed to ask him the simplist questions. He made many helpful suggestions on how to run my pool cost effectively. My pool water is crystal clear thanks to Emerson and my family is looking forward to a fun summer in the pool. We recently purchased a home and with it, inherited a pool. As pool newbies, we needed the help and Emerson was absolutely the best guy to call! He came on short notice, walked us through everything we need to know (general cleaning, chemicals, backwash and filter processes, etc). He also gave super practical advice, which was much appreciated. We highly recommend, and we will definitely be keeping him as our pool expert. Thanks!
