I hadn't been in to the dentist in over 20 years, and I was in need of some attention as I had been experiencing rips in my gum and a couple sharp and chipped teeth. All of that pain is in the past now, thanks to the Green Apple Dental Family. Im eternally grateful. I had a welcoming and encouraging experience. #hockeyaccident top dentist. We came in today as my son had a hockey injury and lost part of his tooth. Dr Maria Colaiacovo came to the rescue and I highly recommend her.

Lovely interior. Very new space and equipment. Friendly staff, great customer service. Loving all the details they put in to make the office feel more comfortable and not sterile.

My father came here today for a follow up appointment for a dental crown procedure and had an overall bad experience. After having x-rays done and seeing a specialist referred to by the dentist a couple weeks prior, the procedure was scheduled for today at 2:00PM.When he arrived to the appointment, he was asked (once again) about his insurance company coverage. My father has coverage, and they already knew this - however he informed them regardless he would pay remainder of balance. They seemed pesky about insurance coverage.Upon finally seeing the dentist which he saw a couple weeks prior to, the dentist began discussing how they will be performing an entirely different procedure. My father was confused as he was scheduled for a crown procedure. Though this may have been a misunderstanding or lack of organization up front - instead of apologizing to my father, the dentist’s response was she “does not have time for this procedure right now.”Then, in front of my father, staff began discussing how the receptionist had to leave early. Very unprofessional. At this point, it seemed the staff was rushing and attempting to do my father a favour. Apparently a scheduled appointment is an inconvenience!My father politely declined the service, and only then did an apology ensue. Disappointing experience and will not be returning. Disorganized and recommending more services than required for $$ it seems.Go elsewhere for more honest and courteous service.
