My son bought a $25 Roblox card. When we peeled off the pin it was unreadable. We complained to Roblox and they sent the code. When we entered the code it was already used. So we are out $25. Roblox wouldn’t do anything and neither would Game stop. My guess is someone tampered with the gift card, pictured the code and perhaps glued the sticker back over the pin. The glue was smart as it allowed more time for the pin to be used as we had to contact Roblox support and wait for them to send the code. In the meantime someone was able to use once activated. I wouldn’t buy a gift card from GameStop again. Both Roblox and Game stop were not helpful and we are now out the money

They had sale signs up but wouldn't sell the item for the sale price we argued for a bit one of the employees called me a Karen because I wanted the item for the sale price. If you want to be insulted for their incompetence then go here sadly I will probably not be going back.

I remember coming here as a kid before I moved to Nova-Scotia, it makes me cry thinking that I can't go to this wonderful place anymore, I miss Edmonton so much and this is where my happiness is..

Pre-ordered Tears of the Kingdom specifically the bonus and got nothing. Never falling for GameStop's false promises again.

Most annoying customer service. Asking you to offer help but can`t help with anything if you need anything. So yes, please stop bother your client if you can`t help with anything when they are in the store. most of the time we know what we are looking for and has more knowledge than the staff.

There's not much to say. I really only bring my kids here looking for deals. Normally crowded and selection isn't bad.

Good experience! Staff were friendly and approachable. They do explain a lot of small detail when it comes to membership and v do suggest really good like future products. So they are knowledgeable. They do also offer to order something in for you if they don't have it. The selection here is decent, but a lot of the bigger games tend to be gone most of the time. They do get stuff regularly tho.The store itself is well maintained. But it does tend to get messy with the amount of traffic the store gets and with only 2 staff on hand. Overall good experience, would come back!

Too crowded. Cashiers are always busy, no ones really on the floor to answer questions. GameStop by Walmart down on Stony Plain Rd heading west has better customer service. My son patiently waited for the next available cashier, but was ignored. For a mediocre games stop that looks more like a toy store. I'll only go back because it's conveniently placed in the mall just like every thing else is.

Took my kids there for their first experience. Kids loved the store. The two guys on shift were great with my kids.

The place is perfect, I was look if for a Nintendo switch and the staff were helpful and patient Qing muy questions and doubts, in fact his advices made my decision easier, they explained to me many things and features about the products and encourage me to buy more, definitely good sellers, I am happy with my purchase and I am sure I’ll return to get more advices and suggestions from them.
