We were fortunate enough to work with such a wonderful team that helped us every step of the way to get into our home. They were able to help us through the process and create a beautiful home for our family.

Have used Purcell to build two houses. They are amazing. I would not do it another way. The extra value that is created by their designs and quality is worth the initial investment.It's also tremendously satisfying to have them show up and put a house on a foundation in 30 days flat.Both of the houses they have built for me are the nicest house on the entire street. They turn heads and are of magazine quality.On top of all of this the people are what really makes it. They are fun and enthusiastic, from the person answering phones to the design team to the guys on site,. They are all genuinely good people.

We chose a design and improved on it. They made our vision a reality. This is our dream home on our own piece of heaven.

This is not something I take lightly. Writing a review can have both a positive and negative impact on a company. In this case the one-star review, was greatly earned by Purcell Timber Frame. In my opinion I feel they went above and beyond to earn this one star. It is unfortunate Google will not allow a negative Star Ratings.I own some property in the area, on which I am evaluating building a sustainable living community on. I reached out to two local Timber Frame Companies, Hamill Creek and Purcell. Wow what a difference in professionalism. Hamill Creek was very responsive and professional as well as incredibly helpful, it took Purcell about (3) weeks to respond. Someone from their office called and I returned their call with in 45 min. I spoke to a female who answered my call, I told her that I was responding to a call, that I and just received from Purcell, who were responding to my call that was placed to Purcell around (3) weeks ago, I informed her that, due to the length of time it took Purcell to respond, I was now going in a different direction, at which time she became very indignant, condescending, arrogant and very unprofessional. I politely thanked her and ended the call.I would like to give a shout out to Maharsi, your one-star review and the owners response were/are an eye opener. His response to you was Passive Aggressive, arrogant, condescending, irrational as well as being truly unprofessional. He (The Owner) who, refuses to give his name, must be a proud graduate of the Donald Trump School of Business. Probably graduated top of his class.As one travels down the road there are many signs along the route, Pot Holes Ahead, Ruff Road, Falling Rock, maybe there should be a Sign in front of Purell Timber Frame, Beware of doing Business with Purcell Timber Frame
