Love this store! I’ve been to the locations in Kingston and Belleville and had always been greeted by friendly helpful staff. I met the owner back in April and he was a super nice guy. Great selection and affordable pricing.

British isles is a wonderful little unique shop. They have some beautiful Scottish and celtic jewelry and collectibles. There is also a collection of clothing including authentic kilts. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There is also a small grocery section with interesting foods from Scotland.

Disgusting attitude from the owner who called my friend for an interview. Do not apply for this job, do not work for this company. From what I’ve heard, he is a nightmare to work for. And that was a 2 minute conversation.Edit**To sum it up. The interview started and she was met with a rude attitude, after speaking about how she was applying for higher paying jobs she was told “it isn’t that much more than what you’re getting”, but going from $14.25-$15 was pretty decent. She was met with “this isn’t going to work out, bye”.There also was no bad connection, I heard the entire conversation, stop lying.Robert, you are disgusting.

Fantastic shop. Really well stocked and a large variety of items, food, clothing. Much bigger on the inside than it appears. They probably have what you are looking for here.
