The driver of their white company van February 3, 2022 6:50PM westbound along Lougheed Highway after Park Rd cut me off without due regard. Their company van was tailgating another vehicle on the inner lane then abruptly switched on my lane with just a few feet in front of my vehicle. I have dash cam video of the incident. Last 4 digits of the company van's plate number is 8058There were two occupants on Access Superior Mechanical's white van that were laughing and seems to be having a good time while doing this.To the owner of this company, fire these two bad apples!

this company has been sold and bought two times in a very short period of time. the new owners clearly do not understand that when you buy an existing business you purchase the assets and the liabilities...that means that you must honour the work/warranty of previous owner. Repeat and loyal customers are built from great customer service. To the new owner, if you were any good at business and customer service you'd understand that you need to do the right thing or your past customers will move on to another business for their work and this equates to loss revenue for you! Hmmm...you may wish to think about this so you don't kill your business so quickly! Very disappointed!

I have tried to get service for a unit, that this company sold to me, for more than four months. I have phoned and repeatedly gotten the answering machine and left messages. (In the past few weeks the mailbox is full). I’ve sent emails as well and still NO RESPONSE.This is a terrible way to do business and I’ve contacted another company even though the unit should be under warranty.I’ve taken my business else where. I would NOT recommend them. Maybe they should change their name to “None-access Inferior Mechanical”.

Your driver needs to upgrade his third world driving skills. Speeding thru residential, blew a red light and didn't even notice. Have you not seen other comments?, another dangerous driver report 8 months ago. No liability there;(

Used access for many, many years. Always had excellent service. Only blip was nobody showing up for scheduled appointment, and no phone call to let me know they would not be coming. New appointment made for next day, and all good.
