Extremely bad customer service. I have been waiting for my phone since 2 and a half weeks and everytime I go, it's the iphone shortage. Seems like the company has no phones available. Very unsatisfied with the customer service here.

If I could give zero stars I would. After moving to a town that did not provide service through Eastlink, I called to cancel my account. I was told I had a balance owing and that I would receive a bill. This was mid January. After a month went by with no bill, I used the chat option on their website to inquire about my balance owing. I was told I owed them nothing and that they actually owed me 33$. I received a cheque in the mail a few weeks later and that was that. Mid May arrived and I get a call from Eastlink telling me I owe over 300$. We have gone back and forth with Eastlink now on a few phone calls and a few emails trying to get this issue sorted out. They said they would send me a bill for half the amount after the May billing cycle was completed. Today, June 22nd, I received a letter from collections that my bill hasn’t been paid. A bill I have still not received. Absolutely disgusted with this customer service and will be telling anyone who will listen not to use this service provider. They are absolutely incompetent and have no idea how to deal with their customers.

Terrible customer service and dont make things simple on their customers. Tried to transfer money from my easy tab and wouldnt do it. Asked several times to cancel my service as the reception is terrible no matter of your location, they wouldn't do that either. Have been fighting to get my account canceled for several weeks and have spoken to several managers and my fund havent" been recived yet when I sent them

Total trash. I went into the store at the Avalon Mall Thursday November 19, 2020 to order an Iphone 11 for their early Black Friday special. They were already sold out. I was told to leave my name and number because they were getting an order the next day Friday November , 2020 and that they would call me. I received no call, so I went into the store that Friday and I was told they would get a shipment on Monday or Tuesday the next week and they would call me. Moday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of the next week went by and I didn't receive a call. So I placed an online order on Thursday November 26, 2020. They called me back Friday November 27, 2020 at 8:47 pm and said a shipment was coming Saturday November 28, 2020 and to call them that afternoon. I called back on Saturday November 28, 2020 and they didn't have the shipment and don't know when it is coming in. If it arrives after the date of the special you are out of luck even though you placed your order way before the end date. What a scam. All the other carriers have the iphone 11 and they don't. Basically they are listing a sale they have no intention of fullfilling.

This location consistently is out of stock. Wanted to take advantage of the Black Friday deals and they didn’t have 2 versions of a phone I wanted for the entire sale. Could have had the phone if I was in NS a week ago.

During Black Friday sale advertised iPhone 11.. went to store on Thursday November 19 sold out.. shipment on the way would arrive over the weekend (HA!) name and number taken to put on “the list” and was confirmed I was at the top of the list and would get a call as soon as the phone came in! As of November 30 no phone call, no one answers calls at the store and multiple orders placed online and multiple chats with again false information and reassurances given.. now will not honour the price as no stock.. when questioned about why website wasn’t updated to say out of stock agents weren’t able to answer me.. if you read all the reviews from the past week or two same things are happening! False advertising and VERY poor business practices to keep existing customers and to attract new ones! I have not been able to get an answer from anyone on exactly how many phones were sold by the St. John’s location but it’s very shady to have a promotion and have no stock from day one!

Even though I was paying my bill, every time I turned on my mobile data, they would block my cellular network as apparently I was using eastlink extension network so suddenly. Had no trouble for 2 years before that. Technical support representative not competent enough to help with my Android phone. Finally had to switch to other service provider.

Terrible customer service!Upon moving to a new home, I called to get internet and told the sales rep I needed technicians, because the house was newly wired. They sent one tech, who couldn't do the job, and postponed our appointment by a week. The following week no one showed up, so I called and was informed the appointment was postponed another week. A week later, still no tech showed up and the appointment was postponed yet another week!The reps I spoke with on the phone were not understanding or helpful.

Moved to Eastlink after getting tired of Bell's nonsense and I'm glad I did, I've been with them for 4+ years now and plan on staying. Customer service is fast with polite agents and they offer variety. I'm just waiting for them to get fibre-op so I can get rid of Bell altogether and have everything with Eastlink.One of the very few companies I would take the time to review. If you have the time check them out.

After a long time with terrible products and service with Bell. I switched to Eastlink when they started their cellular service here. Been with them for almost a year with no issues whatsoever. The free phone (LG Power 3 is great as well, battery last for days, not hours. The staff at the Kiosk at The Avalon Mall were friendly and professional.
