Sales staff were outstanding providing information and answering questions I had prior to purchase of 2022 F150 truck Nov 2022. Just finished getting first service job on truck and service department were very good. Very pleased with Great Plains Ford overall.

We bought a used Ram truck from these guys. It turned out to have some serious engine trouble within a couple months. No questions asked they rebuilt it free of charge. They did the right thing with impeccable honesty and customer service. They looked after us every step of the way. They also gave us a top of the line loaner truck to drive in the meantime. I’ve told people all over Saskatchewan to buy from Great Plains Ford because they won’t leave you hanging when a problem arises!
