These people, namely Debbie Newton, and Diane Braun, unjustly breached my contract for a garden plot lease contract. They knew in advance as of Thu, Aug 4, 2022, 7:38 PM that I as a disabled person wanted to lease a garden plot to grow medicinal plants needed to heal my health condition. Their unjust breach of contract caused a loss of over $2000CAD (retail value if bought at supermarket) in medicinal food crops I needed to heal my health condition. They Destroyed my garden plot containing a variety of medicinal plants including $28 on Beet and Purple Carrot seeds I needed for self-healing. I laboured to sow 3 rows of medicinal beets on April 12 and was about to plant purple carrots on May 1, 2023 but Early April weather was too cold which caused my Beet seedlings not to thrive by June 1, 2023 (no fault of my own). Without the required 2 weeks notice directed specifically at ME the lease owner Berea Baptist Church terminated my garden plot lease unjustly.
