All I can say is WOW! Steve and the entire team are phenomenal. From start to finish, the whole process was outstanding, easy and professional. Steve is a fantastic guy and does an amazing job of helping you get exactly what you are looking for. The ring he helped me make is one of a kind. Even when I wanted adjustments made, the process was flawless and the ring turned out exactly how I was hoping. The price was very reasonable. My new fiancé was quick to say yes and can’t stop looking at her new ring! The ring really has that WOW factor and that is all thanks to the amazing job Steve and his team did! I will give 6 stars for this store. I brought in a broken sterling silver bracelet to be fixed and Steve’s goldsmith does a fantastic job fixing it in a short time and good price. I had brought in several jewelry to be sized and fixed in the past and it was done perfectly. I definitely recommend this store to look after your precious jewelry.

First time customer at Steve Marshman's.Had a custom diamond ring made for my wife. From concept, design and crafting of the ring, Steve was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He ensured I got exactly what I wanted and that it was a one of a kind design. He is a real jewler who has a real talent to craft jewelry himself. He and his staff are very personable and knowledgeable.Outstanding service! I won't go anywhere else for jewelry from now on.

Steve is so personal and professional. He was able to take a set of beautiful earrings that my wife could wear causythe punched he earlobes to hard and fix them with a alternative back and safety catch. All done in an excellent time and reasonable price
