What an absolute nightmare.Waited for 3 months for my couch, chair had issues with it. Cancelled the order of the couch, told them I wanted to return the chair. Salesman said no problem, in the meantime sold me another set that was in stock under the basis of me getting my chair refunded.Nope, were going to charge me 35% restocking fee on a chair that I barely used because it made me itchy. Salesman should not make promises that are above his pay grade.Just lost a customer of 25 years. Spent 14k in the last 9 months, will never return. What a joke.Keeping the chair, and putting in bedroom.

The sales force only focus is their commission, and it's very obvious. They don't care about the customer, the experience, which all play into a returning customer. It's super unfortunate they couldn't be bothered to care even slightly. I would be done with this place if it hadn't been for the sales manager Melissa. Thank you for correcting the things that should never have needed correcting, and saving the experience.

This was a 4 star review. It is now 2 stars.My furniture arrived on the 30th, I came on December 3rd to ascertain its location & pick it up. 1 piece was at the proper location but the other piece was supposedly in north Edmonton. When I tried to get the address I was then told it was on a truck, it would be a 2 hour wait, sorry about that. Truck has been here for over 30 minutes, no one has called me and I'm sincerely regretting this purchase.

Extremely disappointed with my recent purchase and the level of customer service I have received from Leon's.Bought a dining table that came with defective chair , Despite reaching out for assistance, I have yet to receive any update or resolution regarding the issue.When I called to discuss the matter with a receptionist, I was met with an unhelpful response. The receptionist simply instructed me to wait ( already waiting for 3 months now).I requested to speak with the sales manager to address my concerns, but I was informed that the receptionist herself had the authority to handle such requests. the lack of accountability displayed in this situation is completely unacceptable.This level of poor customer service and the failure to address a simple issue with a purchased item is simply unacceptable.Save yourself the hassle, time, and money by avoiding Leon's Edmonton South!

I bought a dining table set and ottoman back in December for a new home which we took possession May and was delivered. Sales person was very nice, however I would repeatedly receive calls afterwards asking about delivery , which I have explained every time that it would not be until May.I finally took delivery but there was an issue with the table. I opened up a customer service request on May 24 and received a reply stating a technician would be in contact within 5 business days. It has been 12 business days no with no word from this technician. The customer service representative was very responsive though and kept stating it was escalated etc.If you have a simple delivery and no issues with your furniture then Leons will be ok. If you have any issues with your furniture or would like to avoid the headache I would recommend looking elsewhere.

We bought leather couch and leather recliners, were delivering earlier then expected, so far so good! I would recommend Leon's and home depot and the brick over trail appliances!

Absolute worst experience. Ordered a couch to be delivered on June 8th with expected delivery July 2nd at the latest. Entered my address and all of my details online, paid at time of order. A couple of days before I am expecting the arrival of the couch to have family over, I am told I am responsible for over a hundred dollars in additional deliver fees and if I don’t pay it I don’t get it and it would also arrive sometime later in July if I did pay, with no known date of delivery, I was only told now it would be after July 5th. No alternative solutions were provided, my calls weren’t returned and after being told the sales manager would contact me, I never heard a thing. First time ordering from Leon’s…. Never again.Update: at the time of posting this review I was told a refund would be processed and be in my account in 3-5 days. A week later and I called to follow up…. The order was voided and no refund was processed. They admitted the paperwork wasn’t even started on their end…. Absolutely brutal… it just keeps getting worse

This is nice place if you looking for variety and quality. We purchased a bed from here and got it at a good price, also was available to be delivered by 2 weeks. There's good options available here and the staff is helpful. I loved the entrance where the history is put up, I really find it very engaging as the company I previously worked with also placed a lot of emphasis on making the customers aware of the company's history.

I just purchased my new furniture from this location I’m super happy with the service and the quality of the products. The one thing I found was that the majority of the sales staff walked right by me never gave me the time of day it was off putting that’s for sure but the shining light was Margaret F she was a specialist for sure so when you go hit up this great place ask for her help she is the best.
