Only had 1 recall done ever and they made me go back once more due to technician error

Last week I spoke with a woman named Kathy who I had some questions regarding a vehicle, at the end of our text conversation, I wrote that when I am ready I will contact her to follow up for an appointment. It has been a week since then, Kathy completely ignored what I had written to her, pressured and harassed me constantly with phone calls and messages, continuing to disrespect me and ignore that I said I needed time and that I would call when I was ready to proceed. This is the worst level of professionalism I have ever encountered, and because of her approach, I lost all interest in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Nice place. Professional sales person. Great automobiles. Not negotiable on prices, buy you are buying quality.

Terrible experience..WATCH OUT1- WRONG VIN NUMBER:They told me my VIN number before my purchase so that I can arrange for the car insurance but turned out that it was the WRONG VIN number and I was without insurance.2- Wrong document:Filled out the form with mistakes and now have to reschedule with the SAAQ again to get my registration for my new car...Hamel Honda is telling me to drive down all the way to them and pick up a new paper (and I will have to wait again for an appointment) when my temporary is expiring this week.

Excellent service! Wow! Excellent customer service / Technical support. The appointment was easy to setup, they fixed all maintenance issues on my Honda Civic 2020 without delays and at a affordable price. The maintenance team was very professional and knowledgeable, they provided a very synthetic shuttle service, my car was ready in 2 business days, early looking fantastic. No headaches and the car drove like new. The directors Mr Andre and Martin were very symptomatic and helpful providing guidance when needed. This was a very awesome experience!
