Northside Dental Clinic

I don’t normally post reviews, but I would highly recommend. After a traumatizing experience with a pediatric dentist in Halifax, I was so nervous to take my 7 year old here. The staff were terrific with her, and put her at ease. Dr. Bishop had her cavity fixed up in no time and she didn’t even flinch. We’re both very happy with our experience here!

The staff is dedicated and friendly, the care is of the highest quality and the facilities are state-of-the-art. My family and I feel very welcome here, and are confident of receiving the very best services.

I have always needed a lot of work done on my teeth since a very young age, and I get very nervous and anxious at the Dentist to the point where I stopped going (this led to further problems as it always does). I tried a couple of different spots and for various reasons I did not go back. I decided to try Northside and upon entering their office I noticed their beautiful art right away. The staff are incredible. The dentist was awesome, he explained all the steps to me while he was doing them. I was very sad, as I finally found a Dentist I liked and he was moving on to bigger opportunities; however, I recently went and had the new Dentist taking on his patients and she was fabulous! She works very similar to him and I will absolutely be going back to see her. 10/10 would recommend Northside Dental.

All the staff is so friendly and Dr. Bishop and the hygienists are so caring and reassuring. They always out patient comfort first and check in frequently. Everyone there is always smiling and happy to to their job

Loved my experience, the reception was warm and friendly, the office is beautiful, I appreciated the dentist themed artwork. Dr. Travis was great, friendly, helpful. All the staff really, amazing. You name it, this company is being run like a dream!

Booked an appointment 7 days in advance. Arranged for child care, took time off work. Showed up early for my appointment and they had canceled it because I didn’t confirm my appointment in an email. I have never been as disrespected before. Do not recommend.

After having a tooth pulled in December I decided to get a bridge to fill the gap. This involved two appointments. The first was the longest, just over 2 hours. Dr. Adam Bishop and his assistant Anne made me very comfortable during the process. No pain at all. Had the bridge installed yesterday which is actually 3 crowns. Fit seems to be perfect! So far so good. Would definitely recommend this dental practice.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I needed work done quickly, and every other dentist in the city was giving me a waiting time of months. Northside saw me within a week for an exam, was able to do the extraction the next day and did it quickly and easily. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for a new dentist.Thank you so much for helping me out, Northside team!

I booked an appointment that was one week away. Upon arrival I was informed that my appointment was canceled by staff because they were unable to confirm with me that I would be coming. They said confirmation is required to keep an appointment. This was never mentioned to me when I booked it the week before and I have never heard of any other business doing this.My husband took time off work to look after the kids so I could go to my appointment. I will not be going back to Northside Dental and neither will the rest of my family. We can’t afford time off work just to have our appointments canceled
