Went to celebrate Mother’s Day and had an amazing dinner. Everyone was pleasant, happy and on point with their tasks that render this place amazing.The food was a set menu and could not have been happier with the lineup. The perfect twist on classics we love. My kids (5 and 7) gobbled everything in front of them from coconut shrimp, to spicy samosas to an amazing salmon dish I won’t butcher by trying to spell out.Along with an extensive wine list and drinks, they also had a great assortment of non alcoholic drinks.. my little guys decided they would accompany Dad by ordering a beer?!

Amazing.Went for my birthday dinner and had an amazing experience. We did the chef tasting menu. Every course was brought out quickly and was explained to us.The food was delicious and the portions were perfect. The tasting menu was a great choice, as we were able to taste a littleOf the best courses.The drinks were all delicious, we tried 4 different cocktails and all were spectacular. I highly recommend the Bring On The Bubbles cocktail.For the desert course I was brought out the coconut mouse on a plate that said Happy Birthday with a candleThe price we paid for 4 people was definitely adequate to the experience we had. Money well spent and we will be back!

Went for the first time since the post-fire reopening. The space has been completely transformed and the food continues to be amazing. Service was attentive, Chef Thottungal also made an effort to get out and speak to guests which was a nice touch. One of Ottawa's best restaurants, without a doubt

The food was excellent. We went with the tasting menu and that included 7 different dishes. When each dish is server they explain what it is. The tasting menu is chef prepared and more expensive than the regular menu but you get to explore dishes you may never have tried or that aren't generally offered at Indian dining establishments. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable.

Oh my goodness! The Thali was DELICIOUS! The portion size was pretty huge so I recommend coming on an empty stomach for sure! Definitely make reservations in advance, because it was BUSY! The chef also has his signed cookbook available for sale, I’ve tried a few recipes already and they turned out so tasty!

Quantity way too less not worth the price. Indian spice taste was badly missing it is good for those who like less spicy, less quantity and good ambience.I found it way expensive.

The chef's tasting menu is fantastic and the service is impeccable. Excellent find Indian dining, with well balanced flavours that evolve through the meal. The cocktails were also delicious - I only wish I hadn't been driving so I could try more.

Food is above average but definitely not worth the price. Charging $8 for a small bowl of 'ghee rice'? No main dish comes with any type of carb either. Surprised this is the same owner of Thali, which was so good and the reason we tried Coconut Lagoon. The beet cutlet was good and the dessert was pretty good. Definitely not coming back.

Wow. It was our first time here and we were blown away. We had the 6 course menu with the wine pairing. The food was perfectly prepared, the flavours robust, and we tried foods we never had before. We decided to do the 6 courses and the wine “blind” (we didn’t know what we ordered) and was blown away. Writing this review was the first thing I did after getting home. Will 100% be returning. Ray, our host was amazing and explained all the foods and wine with ease.

PLEASE VISIT!!!The restaurant is strikingly beautiful from the outside. Inside you immediately smell the warmth of hospitality and flavour. Chef Joe and his team are truly incredible. I hosted a dinner party here in conjunction with a conference in Gatineau. We ate like Kings and Queens. Every dish was tastier than the previous. We also opted in for alcoholic pairings with each course... highly recommend!! Marie-France the sommelier was brilliant. Chef Joe was personable and highly talented to serve up a delectable 6 courses. We were completely blown away.Not to mention all of our dietary restrictions were well thought out and equally as tasty as the regular offering.Congratulations to the entire team!! My favourite meal of 2023 thus far.Merci beacoup!!
