Great spot to get a burger and fries. Really clean place and the staff is really friendly! Placed an order for pick-up and I must say that they were quite disorganized when I went into the store. Understanding that they've recently opened, I was patient but it was a little frustrating. Was given my bags and I asked if everything was inside, they said yes. Once home, I realized we had not been given our drinks. Tried calling but couldn't get anyone on the line So I guess we're out that money. People working were very nice and I'm sure they'll make up foe it next time I go in.....and I will be back.Burgers were very tasty and the patty was definitely fresh and flavouful. Chicken sandwich was a nice white breast and also tasty. Breading on the chicken was very nice and not too thick. We had waffle fries, reg fries and onion rings and all were awesome! It cost us just under $60 for two combos, two hamburgers and a side of onion rings. One combo was around $15 - you can decide if that's a little pricey or not.Other than them needing to work on and improve their system a bit, it's a great spot and I definitely recommend you give them a try.

This is one of my go to places for burgers. They are thick, juicy and you can choose however many toppings you want. The fries were decent in taste, but they were soggy. I was hoping for crispy fries but they reminded me of pub fries just without the extra grease. The chicken tenders is also good.

Yo, bro! So I hit up this sweet joint called Grind Restaurant in Hamilton on Rymal Road, right? And man, let me tell you, it was my first time there, but I was pretty blown away. The portions were like huge, dude! And when I dug into my first plate, the flavor was just off the chain, ya feel me? Plus, the price was totally bangin' - cheaper than Harvey's and way, way better. So, if you're lookin' for a spot to grub down in the Hammer, Grind is where it's at!

Awesome customer service. Fresh food. Variety in menu for burgers to eat with fresh cut fries. Highly recommend to visit once and I am sure you cannot resist to visit again. Although they have recently opened but the quality of food and customer service is remarkable. Definitely my must visit place for burgers in the area now.

Any time I want a good burger I go to Grind. Better than Five Guys if you ask me. Really friendly staff and great food. Always fresh because it’s always made to order. Best burgers in Hamilton!!

The burger I had was amazing! Great recommendation from the owner. Super friendly staff, it was nice to eat somewhere they actually care about their service!

You get a whiff of delishly cooked beef as you approach the doors and the delightful smell pulls you to the front counter. I had the Banquet burger and my dad had the cheese burger. Both combos with a of can pop and fries came to $30. Topped with fresh toppings just the way you want with a 6oz Pattie that's nicely crisp on the edges and juicy in the middle. The bacon made mine a little dry but I asks for some more mayo and MMMmmmmm mmm mm!! The fries are Kennebec potatos and where cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was a little cold and you were in veiw of the storage area from some seats however the friendly service and food made up for that.

The bread is very overwhelming, the patty was dry, and the poutine lacked salt. Try to look for a better bun, they are a new establishment so maybe their working out the knicks. My wife enjoyed her chicken burger. I ordered the Banquet burger.

I recently visited Grind and was blown away by their burgers! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu offered a wide variety of options, but I ultimately decided on the banquet burger and spicy chicken and was not disappointed. The patty was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful. The cheese was melted perfectly and the toppings were fresh and crisp. The bun was soft and held the ingredients together beautifully. The fries were crispy and well seasoned. The staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this burger joint to anyone looking for a fantastic meal.
