I am a telus custumer . I have internet and tv thru them . Signal is good and tv , well it’s tv. But for some reason they want me to sign up for cell service. So they start calling .Idon't know if this is the Telus mobility that phoned me 20 times in three months in spite of my first asking then politely telling them to stop. I finally lost it and used rude language. And they stopped. After 20 calls .Weirdly I am a Telus customer for tv/ internet yet they treated me with complete discourtesy . After my unfortunate explosion at the service agent they stopped calling .For two weeks . No message left. And the calls keep coming. I am seriously thinking of canceling telus and moving on. Easy to see how much telus cares .

Been a customer since 2003, i finally decided to leave and go to Virgin where they give good customer service. Could not be happier! My biggest regret is that i wish i did it sooner.

WHEN MY DAD ASKS FOR PAPER BILLS SEND ITTHEY CHARGE WAY TO MUCH FOR CELL PHONE USE.i changed my account to update prepaid if the account drops below $5, and then i got a text saying i lost my promotional ratei hate these rip off, throw away culture artists so much.make youtube reviews, leave online reviews, organize. they should probably be nationalized.

I purchased a pay as you go phone and gave them my credit card number for a one time payment and few days later took a double payment and cant seem to get a hold of anyone to put my money back and when i did they kept transferring me to other people and could not get anyone to help me till i finally got cut off and i still was not refunded or anything showing as credit on my phone it sucks. I can purchase minutes from a local store but i shouldn't have to for two months, whats up with that!

I am Telus home security service customer, tempted by the attractive terms I ported my four mobile connections to them. First bill was completely different from what they have committed. On being contacted their response was ‘we are sorry, if you were not given full information, now we can’t do anything.’ Telus’s motto is to fleece people by giving wrong information. I am going to end my all relationships with them. If u don’t want to be duped, never go to them.

Terrible service. This is what happens when you outsource overseas. Wait times on hold of over an hour. Incorrect information provided by the representatives. That's why I'm cancelling all my services with you. Run your company properly and this won't happen. And hire some people who know what the hell they're talking about.

Telus took over our security monitoring from another provider and it has been the worst customer service I have ever had. I waited over two hours on the phone and transfered to 4 departments to get hung up on.Does anyone have recommendations for a new provider?

Worse customer service. I called in to speak to a Manager about the on going disruption for my TV and internet. The rep said he would get a manager... I was on hold 20 mins waiting for a manager. If management is like this no wondering this company is joke. I hung up called again and the wait time was 45+ mins. Terrible experience.

As a small business owner it is not possible to give Telus a worse review! Stay away from them if you value customer service and honest billing! Go with any other company like Shaw or Rogers and avoid Telus at all costs! One star review is too high.

What a farce. Gave Telus a month to get our system installed. Despite being told the possession date, they sent an installer two weeks early. Called and confirmed a new appointment, waited all afternoon for the installer, no show. Called again new appointment confirmed, again waited all afternoon, no show. Spent hours on the phone, repeatedly promised call backs, never got one. Now one full week with no Internet service for my business, Today told they may be able to install sometime a week from now. All this for a simple Fibre Internet business service where the physical plant is already installed and operating, just needs to be provisioned. I think the entire back office is broken, no one in charge. Felt sorry for the agents. I would dump them in a flash except here in Delta we have no choice, the completion is technically behind and has even worse customer service. Just wonder sometimes how these big guys survive. They have spent countless hours of mine and their staffs time on this and still can’t get it done. Boggles the mind.
