Pearlon Beauty Supply

Completely disappointed in this supplier. Drove 45 min to pick up my usual hair color that I have been purchasing from them for years only to find out that they will no longer sell it to me without a license. Would have been nice if the owners contacted their clients to let them know of this change. Not impressed at all!!

Such bad customer service they made a mistake and called me with such an attitude and after they noticed they were wrong they did not apologize. Diana is so rude she has no respect for other people at all, the company really needs to let go of people like that before they lose many other loyal customers like me. Wish I could give negative stars.

Today at 2:30 pm. I called and tried to make an order. The lady who answered my phone call. Was very very very RUDE. So not suitable to be serving customers. Im an honest straight forward person who always approach people with respect and a smile. I think if the company keep hiring rude people like her. Evetually they will lose alot of clients. Unless she is the owner, then i got nothing else to say. Over all, they have good products and and good price.Thank you, Michelle and Victor for reaching out to me, i really appreciated that you cared. Unfortunately i cant remove this review, it needs to be here to warn other customers who might get a bad treatment in the future and to remind that lady that whatever energy she gives out that's what she will get in return.

Very happy that I discovered this place. It's a bit out of the way and sort of a cluttered store, but they sell salon quality hair & beauty products for less than half of what you're going to pay anywhere else. It makes sense, after all where do you think a lot of places get their stuff from?It's open to the public (well, they let me in anyways) and my hair product that retails for $20.99 elsewhere? Eight bucks at Pearlon. Ditto other stuff such as my wife's shampoo and conditioner. Do yourself a favor: stop by, stock up and save money. Easy, right?

Prices and products are really good but there is one lady at checkout desk , if any one ask her anything , she start looking at other girls over there and rolling her eyes .Yesterday I went there she did this to me , I saw her . And when checking out she pretends to be nice . She don’t want to help any one . She is so rude.If she don’t want to help anyone why she is sitting over there. Same thing happened with 2 of my friends over there . All of us were talking about that . They will post their reviews soon.

Pearlon Beauty Supply is a very well run and established supplier. There is a large variety of products for all hair types. They also sell equipment .Their many years in the industry afford them a wealth of knowledge that's obvious when interacting with the staff. Excellent customer service. Clean and well displayed shelves. Easy shopping there. Great pricing and always find a deal. Good bulk pricing as well. There are 7 locations for convenience.

Friendly staff, unfortunately never have product in stock. Doesn't matter if you are there Monday, Wednesday, or Friday- they're ALWAYS out. I don't even bother going there anymore. You'd think a beauty supply would make sure they're stocked. I just go to Radiant now, it's up the street and always have the colors I need in stock.

Basic steps for a better customer experience: Acknowledge their arrival. Be attentive. Be courteous and friendly. Have stock available if not provide firm ETA of arrival. Clearly list the product and price.
