It was definitely a pleasant experience dining in. Service is wonderful. And omg the steak was super delicious!!! The rib was a bit overcooked for our liking but the problem was solved immediately after we talked to our server. We also had their tiramisu, love it! Will come back for sure.

Always a favorite for date night.Great food, good wine, and fun experience when sitting at the bar. We love watching the chefs cook!We've been coming here for over 12 years and continue to make the drive from Okotoks to enjoy this staple.Bistecca is a MUST when you dine here. If you're with a group, definitely go for the platter.

Great customer service with hand-made pappardelle pasta, just like my Nonna used to make. The bistecca is outstanding. Be prepared to wait forty-five minutes for your dishes on a busy night but worth the authentic Italian menu. Reservations are a good idea if you are out for dinner. I'm coming back for the Arrosto.

It has been more than five years since our last visit to Mercato. We went to celebrate my husband's birthday and Mercato did not disappoint us. The polpo with Brussel sprouts was delicious. The lamb was medium rare and had a nice sear on it. The green beans were fresh and crisp. Every thing we had was superb!Complements to the chef and our waiter Tim. We will be back soonNancy C

Stuff were amazing. We was in the kitchen bar so it was fun watching the chef cooking the food for us. Service was amazing. Food was great. But it was too crowded and food took a very long time to serve. It was so loud as well. Although they are in downtown but they do have visitors parking which is great. I would definitely visit again.

One of the best restaurants in Calgary. Definitely 10/10.We were very fortunate to have their head chef cook for us and all of the items that we had tasted very fresh.WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!

Love Mercato for Italian. I highly recommend reserving the kitchen bar for a date night and share a few dishes. I literally don't think you can go wrong, there isn't a bad dish on the menu. This past visit went with the caprese for the appatiser, the Seafood Pasta on special was amazing and the lamb sirloin with a side of the mushrooms was a great way to set it all in. Some of the best lamb I've had bar none. Got our dessert to go so they didn't have to roll us out of the restaurant and it was a huge portion when getting it to go!
