It was my 3rd tax year with this branch and I truly recommend a tax professional Areeba to everyone. She helped me with my taxes she is very polite and caring ❤️Everyone is so helpful and respectful. I’ll come here again.

Me and my boyfriend went in to get his taxes done and we had a great experience. Everyone really went above and beyond for us, especially the lady at the front desk, Shakira. She is fantastic and so helpful.

First time ever getting my taxes done by someone instead of doing them myself this time, horrible experience, I got the card and the lady didn’t even tell me I had to activate my card on the way out, she told me I was free to leave so I left, waited 2 weeks, I did t hear nothing about my tax return,, turns out the lady who helped me made a mistake and I had to wait another hour and a half for a simple fix, I’ll never use H&R again, I recommend doing your own taxes, I’ve always done my own and never had a problem until now, now I have to change everything in my CRA account back to the way It was before, I dunno why they don’t just let you use your own bank,

Okay;; the ONLY REASON I gave u guys a 3 star rating ;; was because of the initial walk in experience. After I had an appointment booked, I had three people served before me. Even though I went to the counter first. They were busy, and she told me to take a seat. Two gentleman walked in, and we're serviced with forms to fill out, and I was forgotten about. Then after getting in to see my expert, I was told I had to pay 650$ before even SENDING my taxes away;; knowing I was getting a 6000 dollar kick back. Other than that everything was good. They were kind and professional, building was clean, and it was extremely fast after getting through the paper work. Thanks guys.

The service was great, Shakira at the front desk was kind a professional! And areeba was so amazing she wrote down all my numbers so I could actually see how my taxes worked out! All in all an amazing experience

Literally horrible. Stood there for 5 minutes only person in there while they had a conversation for 5 minutes without acknowledging my existence. Then skipped over a very important part of my refund which left me confused, told I wasn’t needed to come back to review when the most important part of my return needs signature and was skipped over. Was treated like I was stupid as well as help was garbage. Won’t use for taxes ever again

Wonderful customer care! Rick was extremely knowledgeable. The front lady Shakira was super helpful! Definitely plan on coming back.

My first time doing taxes, and Leo was very respectful and understanding, he answered every question that I had in a polite manner, would definitely come do my taxes there again.
