2 star ratings b/c the doctors are actually really great. it's the reception, no one ever answers the phone, and when they do on hold for over 15minutes and then they hang up. How could one possibly even make an appointment?! My children haven't seen their pediatrician in over a year , impossible to make an appointment

Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Justine today for an appointment with my nephew. Absolute delight to interact with. She really listens to and addresses all of your concerns. Nothing felt rushed, she genuinely cares about your child's well being. Highly recommend!

Horrible service from the office staff. It’s a shame because the doctor was great. Also, charging $50 to transfer paperwork to a new doctor is ludicrous considering that we had only been there twice.

This review is for Dr. Sylvie Bergeron. My son was referred to her for autism screening. Dr. Sylvie was patient and thorough. She listened to my concerns and asked so many questions, came up with great suggestions on how to improve my son’s speech skills and explain why he maybe having a lot of extreme tantrums… etc. I won’t get into details about my son’s medical history but this is a doctor that did not dismiss my concerns or gaslight me. I appreciate her patience and professionalism. Thank you.

This is the review for Doctor Siam, she is the best!!! She is very careful and never rushed me, never brushed off my concerns, if she sees I am worried, she has no problem to Sent a referral to specialist, perform necessary testing, etc... I gave 3 stars because number of doctors in this clinic aren't good at all, to say the least...it all depends which doctor your child will get... sadly doctor Siam is leaving her practice in this clinic...

Worst receptionists known to man. Uneducated, illiterate, rude individuals. Every single one of them. How they are employed there is beyond me. Basic common sense they don’t have. They are incapable of doing the basic functionalities of their job which then creates issues for mothers. There are far better drs offices than this place. Avoid it like a plague

this place has deteriorated so bad. voicemails don't get returned. appointments are cancelled last minute after waiting weeks to get them. long holds when they do decide to answer. before 2020 you can get a same day appointment or worse case come during after hours clinic. none of that exists anymore. you can get an appointment minimum in 3 weeks. how does that work when your child needs to be seen?the worst thing about this is this place was amazing with senior doctors that know and are invested.pure garbage. 5 days later and over 20 calls and multiple voicemails. i finally got one to answer but guess what. only to tell me after looking up my children names in the slowest way and after 15 mins tells me actually shes not coming to the clinic that day wtffffff. im on hold now til now and being told nonsense my children need to see a doctor how the hell after 20 doctors that work here

I genuinely don't understand the low rating on this place. My pediatrician is incredible, she's knowledgeable and my baby is very comfortable with her. I never feel rushed and know that if I have any concerns she will not brush me off (Dr. Justine)Not only is my doctor fantastic, but the staff is wonderful as well. From the reception staff who have been on top of all the nonsense of switching from a different clinic to the nurses we've dealt with who have all been exceptionally kind and helpful.I went from another pediatric clinic in the area that had great reviews but in reality the doctor and staff were useless, to this clinic that is bright and clean and efficient but is somehow badly rated. I just don't get it.

Terrible Service, First It Was My Daughter Getting COVID from this clinic, & then twice appointments were booked and confirmed THE DAY BEFORE. The next day attending the clinic and there is no appointment to be found for my child. Don't recommend this pediatrician clinic at all. Find someone better. That will see your child at any given time.Trying to call and make an appointment? They never answer. You gotta call about 20+ times before you even get someone just to be placed on hold for 20 minutes.Reception needs to change. And improve their skills.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PEDIATRICIAN CLINIC.As a first-time mom, there is better out there.

This office used to be amazing at a time when Nurse Lucy was around. I came here as a child and loved it now it runs like a third work clinic that I’m older and have children.You go for you 8AM appointment and they stroll in to open the door at 8:07. Then you have to wait hours for a doctor to come see you in the room. I come from out of town so for people to not be here on time. My time is valuable just like the Doctors time and should be treated as such. The nurses here are sub par. Doctors are knowledgeable just be prepared for the worse type of service from front facing staff.Punctuality is definitely not let at this office the run on some kind of time it’s just not on-time.If you want great Doctors that are knowledgeable in their area expertise definitely pick this office, just be very prepared to deal with horrible staff. I wish more Nurses like Nurse Lucy were around so the experience for my kids could be like mine was.
