After traveling from British Columbia and spending the past week in the hustle and bustle of meetings and activities, it was so lovely to take some time at this beautiful spa. I had a relaxing full-body massage and a rejuvenating facial. My body feels reenergized! My skin looks smooth and glowing. The convenience of the spa being located within the Fairmont Royal York was an added bonus. Thank you!

Kalani Spa in my opinion is the best spa in Toronto when you want to treat yourself or someone else to a relaxing experience, in a clean professional atmosphere, top notch service. My massage experience was amazing, pedicure was exceptional and my facial, I really noticed the improvement of my skin.I have really long hair and for once the hair stylist listened and actually cut only half an inch as I requested. So I only have compliments for the service and professionalism of all the staff.

Wonderful staff and relaxing atmosphere! I love the “ Ultimate Facial” and Grace does an exceptional job of making the experience perfect and my skin baby soft. The location is also ideal.

Came in for a bridal hair trial and was disappointed with the results. Although the stylist was very nice and put in a lot of effort, the style was not at all what I asked for. Also, I was charged 50% more than what was quoted to me on the phone when I booked the appointment.

I have been going to Kalani Spa since 2010. It’s a 1 stop shop for all my needs - no need to go anywhere else! I get my hair, massages, nails, facials, waxing, threading, and makeup. Done here. Highly recommend this place. Please check it out! Also, there is a new master hair colourist Zarina who has recently joined the Kalani spa - whom knows everything when it comes to hair! I am very impressed.

My husband and I have been going to Kalani Spa for many years, and always receive top-notch service. Everyone at the front desk is lovely, proactive and a pleasure to deal with. And our services are always well executed with a high degree of professionalism. The facilities are well maintained and the location can't be beat. Kalani Spa is one of the most professional spa's visited. Starting with an exceptional greeting from Marissa to a wonderful massage with Hina Patel! Having had a deep tissue massage on March 10/23 I was amazed at her knowledge and skill level of massaging the body! Comfortable, relaxing and honestly the hotel needs to sing praises from the roof top for her excellent service. I will be back to see Hina when I return to Toronto. I am just sorry she does not live in Montreal!

Went with my wife for a couple’s massage for our 10th wedding anniversary. We were staying at the Royal York and their spa was closed due to Covid. We could not have been more delighted with Kalani. It’s in the royal york on the lower level - extremely easy to find. Great atmosphere and a fantastic massage. Would definitely return.

I am not sure who did my 90 minute massage, I think her name started with an M but she was excellent. Nice relaxing atmosphere.
