Wanted to do a fill up. Did not know how much fuel would be needed. Went into the station to have the pumps turned on while my husband did the filling. I remained in the station. Attendant refused to turn on the pumps until paid. I stated I am standing right here". He called the manager who also refused to turn on the pump. How stupid is a policy where someone has to walk across the lot twice. First to make a deposit then return to get their refund when there are two people - one pumping and one waiting to pay or pay then stand there waiting to make a second transaction to make the refund? This is seriously inefficient! I cannot imagine how anyone who may be handicapped would ever get petrol. The service attendants were rude and and the "manager" belligerent. I walked out. There are more gas bars in Fort Saskatchewan. with better staff."

Friendly staff and a decent selection of snacks. Unfortunately the carwash is one of the worst tickets carwashes I've ever been to. The IRS no big removal already only a windshield warning squeegee and you are supposed to scrub the bugs off. This defeats the whole point of going to a touchless car wash. The wash itself once you get inside is also pretty poor. I paid for the Ultimate Wash and my vehicle wasn't very clean after, and it wasn't overly dirty to begin with. The are better carwash options in town.

I went to this store dec 20th at 2 am to buy smokes I got hungry and thirsty on the way and it was cold being winter the weather channel said it was around like -12 but it felt like -17 any who when I got there I bought a bottle of water and a cheese pepperoni stick with my pack of smokes I asked the man behind the counter working the store said that I was not allowed to stay inside wheres its warm to drink the water I just purchased he would not allow me to do this for 30 seconds, this is terrible customer service and if it's TRUE they dont offer customer service then they should post a sign fore warning customers that customer service isn't offered. It makes no sense I'm allowed to warm up by looking around like I'm going to buy something and leave freely without buying anything to warm up but if I buy something I'm not allowed to enjoy what I just purchased to sip sip some water in the heat for even 30 seconds? I will never even look at this store again and will encourage anyone else to do the same shell doesnt deserve business if they cant hire people can treat people like people

Convenient location on the corner of Highway 21 and Southfort Blvd. This one is open 24 hours and offers a total of ten (10) fuel pumps, with two being just diesel fuel. This location also has a touchless car wash and a Shell Select store. Car wash is $2 more if you buy it separately. It seems to be located in a good area and is close to some good restaurants.

Car wash does a good job, and the prices are also not too bad. Staff are always nicePS anyone who thinks the car wash here isnt that great, try the husky car wash and see what you think after that hackjob

Great location just off hwy 21 and next to a Second Cup store. I always use this Shell because when gas prices start to climb this station is one of the last to go up. It is also one of the first to go down and I’ve often began pumping gas to discover it cost less per litre than was even posted on their sign.They keep the windshield cleaner fresh and the pumps have locks that actually work. This is a must have for me especially in AB cold winters.

I live down the block from here and frequent their gas station almost everyday. The staff is kind and service is good. Never had any issues with the staff or manager. Very clean station and well stocked with snacks, magazines, drinks etc.

Other then their tire pressure machine never working. It has its ups

The gas station itself is great! But do not waste your money with the car wash. I just came out from the $16 premium and the front of my car doesn’t even look washed, and on the back there is still a spot that wasn’t even touched. Would never recommend it.

The car wash NEVER works. If you get the App with the car washes they don’t give you any support when it doesn’t work. They want you to buy a manual wash to see if it will make the car wash start working. Their employees have no clue how to get the car wash to work and said to email the Shell Car Wash App and see if they could help. You have been warned, avoid the car wash there at all cost!
