We worked with Adam at Homestead for our first ever home inspection. Not only was he responsive, professional and friendly, he made the whole process very easy for us to get through. The work they performed and the report provided was so thorough and detailed that it gave us the confidence needed to move forward with the purchase of a very old house. I will recommend Adam and his company to anyone I speak to about inspections and will use them again if we need another one.The company they utilized to help with our septic inspection was also excellent and I would leave them a 5 star review if I could!

I would definitely recommend Homestead Home Inspection. Our inspector was Chad and he was very friendly and did a very thorough job with the inspection. We got the report back quickly and there were lots of details with photos and videos for reference and also recommendations for standard maintenance upkeep which is helpful as a first time home owner. We were really impressed with their service. They were great with communication and booking, and their prices were fair and easy to find on their website.

Great home inspection! Utilizing today's technology to 'leave no stone unturned'. The thorough and professional execution of our home inspection was reassuring, as buying a house is stressful enough. Especially enjoyed the roof being inspected by drone! (As many inspectors don't even bother to get on any roof!)Wish I could give 6 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Thank you!
