I tried to buy copper tubing. The pipes were 10 feet long and they don't even cut the pipes to your liking! You have to buy all 10 feet. And I only needed two

The staff are really nice. That's the main reason I prefer to shop here.It's a small store, but they have all the good stuff. My only gripe is that they don't always have their prices/availability posted on the website.Overall, it's a good place for home repair and lawn care items.

The worse shopping experience I've had, the Owner of the store kick me out of his store and didn't want to le me shop whit a shield on even after I explain to him that I have a medical condition. He told me that the policy say mask only so I ask if I could see it and he obviously was mad about my request after 5-10 minutes looking for the policy wich he never found or bother to show me he said that was his store and thats the rules. I try to explain to him that a store policy and the law are 2 different things. I even showed how the mask he was wearing didn't make any sense since all the facial hair was coming out from it. Thank you Scott for not respecting my rights.

Not my normal hardware store as I live closer to Windsor. However, experience was great! I had yo ask several staff members where certain items were and they were all very helpful and courteous. One of the items I needed was a 5/8” sheet of drywall and it was easy to order from the help desk and then pickup from the rear building. Would definitely go again if doing more work at the Lake House!
