Cardero's Restaurant
I took my friend there who stayed at a nearby hotel. We had a fantastic time, food was good, service was excellent. I had a rack of lamb, it was grilled to perfection. Also recommend the seafood platter too. Great place to dine and entertain.

This is a local favourite with a beautiful waterfront view. It’s usually quite busy, so be sure to book a table in advance.The service here is top notch, they are quick, attentive, and accommodating.They have been a staple for Vancouver for quite a while, so it’s no surprise they are still doing well.Their appetizers are solid. Mains are a bit more expensive, but you do get a solid sized portion.Come for the view, the ambiance, and stay for a good bite and a couple of drinks. A good way to end off the day after exploring downtown Vancouver.

We had a reso for 5.30 on a Saturday and we were there early just before 5. They were able to seat us by the window. The food was delicious, and hubby and I will be back soon.We had seaside platter, truffle fries, and mushrooms for the table, along with new York steak and lobster tail.Service was not bad overall. We got free ice cream as dessert to share as it was my bday. But standing behind the customers and see how much we tipped was not acceptable. I hope the manager could train the servers about this.Street parkings are available nearby for $1 per hour (2 hrs max).

Can not beat the location and a really good atmosphere. Service was also really good. Not having Pacific Northwest Oysters and only one type of East Coast Oyster was a disappointment - our last night and we went here specifically for that. We did the Burrata Salad, Brussel Sprouts, Meatballs and sizzling Prawns and all of the food we tried we enjoyed a lot. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We went for a team lunch to this place. We were four people and the three of us went for the Grilled BC salmon which tasted amazing. It comes with a side of market vegetables and wok fried rice. Our server Natalie was friendly and attentive to the table.I would definitely go back to try the wok fried squid and also the fish and chips. Overall, this is a great place for seafood. They have a good selection of wines and cocktails as well.

Came here and had the sea food platter, The Brussels, and the shrimp.. all were also delicious. The atmosphere was perfect with a live acoustic singer who was really good as well. It wasn't loud which was nice, just perfect that you could hear the singer and still hear your own conversation. The waitress was very nice and quick. And the gin drink was perfect. Even got a free birthday dessert. Thank you! Loved the sea food-Alberta girl

I've been with my misses for 5 years and she's always talked about this place, she's wanted to take me for so long as a treat as I usually take care of dinners and nights out. It was absolutely worth the wait. If you like seafood then definitely go to Cardero's. Thanks for a memorable night and great service. So many restaurants have dropped their standards In Vancouver, Cardero's raises the bar.

Very nautical atmosphere, with old diving equipment and model planes hanging from the ceiling. Lunch was a hamburger on a wheat bun with lettuce and tomato. It was good. Also we had a Margherita pizza which was thin crust and fresh tasting and very light. The service was very good.

My wife and I visited Cardero's for an anniversary lunch, and as always, the meal was fantastic. We sat on the patio along the rail, and enjoyed their grapefruit spritz cocktail, fresh oysters, white wine and the best cedar plank salmon I have found. For dessert, my wife had the creme brulee, and I had the peanut butter dream cake. Our server was attentive and friendly, giving us plenty of time to enjoy ourselves. Every time I am in Vancouver, visit Cardero's - and every time I leave happy.
