We had our reception here last week and it was spectacular. Jonah and her team were incredibly helpful, organized and proactive. The food was delicious and special. The chef created a custom menu for us and we are appreciattive of it. All of our requests were accomodated. The best possible start to our married life

Our daughter and new sons's wedding was an absolutely wonderful experience on every level. Jonah (manager) was amazing with instant response to any question and available throughout the day. Amy (decor) was great to work with and came through on everything promised. The food was absolutely delicious - our guests commented on it being the best food they had at a wedding. I would completely recommend this venue for a wonderful celebration of a lifetime.

The Grand Imperial was the PERFECT venue for our wedding! Sunny, Jonah, and Amy were all so fantastic to deal with. They made all our hopes become a reality, and made wedding planning easy and enjoyable. The bartenders, and kitchen staff did a great job with managing our large wedding crowd. We received so many compliments on the food, and our guests are still raving at how delicious it was. Especially the fact the food was still warm once it hit the table. I would highly recommend them to anyone getting married or planning a large event.

We had our nikkah and reception at Grand Imperial and it was magical! My family and I fell in love with the gorgeous venue before we were introduced to all the wonderful people who make it the phenomenal venue it is. This was the first wedding in our families, and we were both excited and nervous going into our first meeting. The Grand Imperial team was considerate and in sync with all their team members, which made us more confident in our decision (spoiler alert: We couldn’t have been happier with our wedding day, thanks to the entire team and all their time and hard work they put in to make it all possible!).We had a slight hiccup due to the unpredictable Edmonton weather, however, Sunny, Jonah, Amy, Sam and their teams were a force not to be wrecked with! They adapted to the situation and were patient and understanding with our guests. They made sure that everything went smoothly throughout the evening, checking up on us and making sure that we are ok.Overall, the food was delicious, and we still have people coming up to us on how everything was well prepped. Everything was clean and organized, and we hope to return for my siblings’ weddings! Wishing you the best for your upcoming events!

We had our original booking for our son's 1st birthday on Sept 2020 but due to the pandemic, we postponed it to Sept 2021 for our son's 2nd birthday. Sunny was amazing to work with and made the moving of dates very easy. Communication with Sunny was always effective, he runs a great venue. We were introduced to Jonah (food and logistics) and Amy (decor) while planning and they were a pleasure. Jonah was attentive to all our needs, always a phone call away and made all the planning seem effortless. Jonah and her team executed our vision perfectly and we had no issues. Amy is an awesome decorator and went over and beyond with our balloon decor vision. We highly recommend the Grand Imperial for any event - their customer service is top notch (on top of this beautiful venue) and that is what separates them from other venues in Edmonton.
