Metro Air Heating & Cooling

I pride myself in being able to fix most things myself. When my external AC unit stopped working, I poured a good number of parts into it as well as most of a day's worth of labor. I couldn't get it working and finally broke down and called Metro Air to schedule an appointment. Last minute and before Memorial Day weekend, they were able to get me an appointment the next evening. Justin B called and spent about 20 minutes troubleshooting my issue right after I called to set up the appointment. He showed up early the day of the appointment and fixed a simple issue I was missing for a more than reasonable rate. He was extremely professional; I can't recommend him and this company enough. They have my business in the future and I will continue to recommend them to people in need of a good HVAC company.

Our home is 29 years old and after hearing all the options when our A/C broke we decided to replace both the A/C and the furnace. Metro employees took the time to answer all my questions before, during and after the installation. They gave me honest answers and full explanations of the products. They were responsive, efficient and courteous and I would highly recommend this company.

Brett replaced the two water heaters at my duplex after I discovered one was from 1987 and the other was from 1991. He arrived around 9am and was done by ~1:30 with very minimal downtime for the water being shutoff. I had used Airics in the past and now they are part of Metro. Similar good experience under the new ownership.

We just had Brian out to check our AC to make sure we are ready for the summer. We have used Metro Air for over 20 years and have been more than satisfied all that time. Brian is most efficient and just an all around pleasant person. I especially like that we get a message ahead of the service call with a picture of the technician who will be arriving. Nice feature for security.

An excellent job on our AC replacement was done by both Jared (sales) and Jake and his team (installation). Very fast and efficient. I am on Metro Air' spring and fall service plan and they always provide prompt and on-time service. Everyone I have met is friendly and professional. I recommend them highly.

Metro Air's Service Technician, Brian Rogers, serviced our air conditioning unit today. Brian arrived a head of our scheduled service time frame. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. He opened up the A/C unit and immediately new what the problem was. He addressed it, and got the A/C unit operating, nice cool air! Brian is a very personal, polite and genuine individual. We have become a Metro Air client because of him. We appreciate his workmanship and professionalism. He is our go to guy for our cooling and heating needs. Our air conditioner was struggling to keep up, so we had them come take a look. They were able to send someone the same day. Our tech was super knowledgeable and offered a variety of options at different price points. He had a couple recommendations, but wasn't pushy at all. We ended up getting new unit. They came out the next day and completed the work. They were fast and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

After a resent home inspection which came back with a number of possible action items I called Metro Air Heating & Cooling asking for an expert out to come a look at what the inspector found and provide their professional opinion. Not only did they come out and provide multiple options with different price points, but they also helped me find something that worked with my budget that was not a temporary, or half solution. I cannot recommend the Metro Air Heating & Cooling team enough. I am extremely grateful to Charles Anderson, Jake Hruby and the rest of the team for the fantastic job they did.

I am very impressed with the quality of the service I received from Metro Air Heating & Cooling. They were able to sent somebody out within 24 hours and the technician, Justin, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and was upfront about cost of the repair.
