Asked me to come in for an interview, asked for reference letters and then never got back to me. Even after me calling a few times asking for a response. I came in for an in person interview on a 2 hour notice. 0 reciprocation of respect for time. Would not suggest working here.

Our family life has improved drastically since working with Now What? Consulting. We learned about this agency when shortly after we finding out about our child's diagnosis. We were at a loss as to how best to help him, how to cope with the challenges of his behaviours and how to go about finding community services to assist our family. There were so many areas to be addressed: family life, sibling issues, educational concerns, medication needs, and emotional/social issues. We had no idea where to start and how to go about finding the most reputable services, doctors and support available. Also, we really had no sense of what our son might actually be eligible for in terms of support.During my first meeting with Rina and Milena, it felt like a door opened and I could breathe again. They assured us that we are not alone and that there was hope for our son and our family. After completing a thorough assessment, they outlined a step by step plan recommended to implement all of the supports we would need. So, needless to say, we quickly said YES"...sign us up!We were amazed at how quickly they began to get things in place - sending referrals

Terrible experience full detail in reviewThe initial online video conference was very sales driven, with many hopeful promises. The intake forum asked questions like how much value your benefits have, what parents occupations are. This facility is the only one in 15 years to ask this, this is called Fishing" billing is likely more expensive by this tactic towards benefits decreasing the frequency of appointments depleting your ability to use your benefits properly.Charging $240.00 for a in-person meet and tour

The weekly DBT classes really helped my son navigate through a challenging time after the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. Caring and knowledgeable staff, and well run administration.

My child absolutely loves going to Now What. She’s always glowing when she leaves. Meghan has really helped her and provides a comfort space to talk — talking to someone other than mom and dad ❤️ Highly recommended!
