Tara Gallant- called me back regarding a property. Discussion was going good until I told her I am 55 and looking to invest for retirement. She mentioned lots of building have an age restriction 55+ but her does not.Since I never heard of this before I was trying to understand if they want people over 55 or not over 55. Instead of answering the question she just kept going back to this building has no age restrictions" which I fully understood her building does not have an age restriction and told her that. I just wanted more clarification on her comment I explained and she hung up - WOW. Looks like a dodged a bullet."
