As a member of the Harvey’s loyalty club i am utterly shocked and disgusted by the service I received. From the rude worker to the painfully mediocre food (that I waited 33 minutes for), this has been an abysmal experience. My question to you, Harvey’s Canada…, is why?

I Absolutely Love this place OMG I didn’t know this place existed and now I can’t stop going, I get poutines twice a week and the staff are super friendly, their burgers are better then every other place and I never get sick like McDonald’s hahahaI am and always will be a returning customer xoxo Thanx Harvey’s

Slowest drive thru service I have ever experienced.Entered and ordered food in drive thru 6.32 pm with only one vehicle ahead of me, and It took almost 30 min , I received my food and exited drive thru 7.03 pm. Bad experience. Very bad experience. Never going back. And food wasn't even that good. Wasted my time and money on bad food. Thank-you for your service. Not coming back anymore.

Waited for 10 minutes in line at drive thru that only had 2 cars in it. My Hamburg was very red in the middle (almost raw) so I didn't eat a lot of it.Dec.5/22Received a call from the manager of the Chestermere Harvey's. What a fantastic response. His genuine concern was very refreshing and we both agreed that this was just a one off situation. I assured him that I would be more than happy to return to his location. Thank you so much for your quick response and providing excellent customer service.ThanksBryan

We visited this location last night. It was not busy as normal Friday, but staff were so friendly and food was freshly made to our requests. I would recommend this place for Swiss Rotisserie chicken or Harv Chicken. Will visit you guys soon.

I came home from a long doctor's appointment and did not want to cook. We ordered over 50 dollars worth of food for me and my kids. They forgot sauce for the Swiss chalet chicken. This is the only reason I wanted the chicken. I ordered a salad side that came with no salad dressing. I come here often and there was no lineup when we were there. I am disappointed because I don't even live in Chestermere and wanted to have a good meal after having been at the doctor's since 9am.

I’m very upset, I’ve gone to this location a couple times now and it’s been alright. I ordered a chicken wrap with cheese and got a chicken burger. Unfortunately I didn’t notice till I got home which is on me but I drove back and they made me a new one, no problem. Then I get home have my wrap and I go to eat my donuts and they are all raw and not cooked.. not sure if it was just the staff that was on at the time but never have had an experience like this.. pretty annoyed honestly
