Amazing Service! I had a laptop to be packed & shipped to Ottawa quickly.Munira took care of everything from start to finish. I'd highly recommend Evershine.

I had an excellent customer service experience at this store. Went in to Fedex some urgent docs and Munira at the counter was very helpful and kind. The whole process took just 6-7 mins and we were done. Very quick!

Ten years back, I’d have given this service 5 stars - when I had received excellent support and service from the lady manager M (I won’t publicly use her name). After a long time, I recently (late December 2021) visited this Evershine to *urgently* spiral-bind a 200-pg report, and a 500-pg report. I was greeted by a young man who didn’t seem busy at all, there were no customers, but he was extremely reluctant to complete the binding in less than 2 hours. After some continued convincing, he agreed to bind one stack of 200 pages as I waited - only because he had the right size spiral spine for it. He then charged me $15 + tax for it. This was overpriced, and the service extremely disappointing. For my other other printout, I walked up a block to Dundas & Church to Digital X-Press, where the staff bound my 500-pg report for $7, ready in half an hour *even with a queue of customers* before and after me. Needless to say, I would not recommend Evershine for spiral binding tasks. Instead, please head over to nearby Digital X-Press at 94 Dundas St E.

Worst customer service, rude employees and now lies in their response. Interesting.Refused to take my prepaid Fed Ex package (UPDATE: a velvet ottoman from Marketplace - not flammable goods" as they state below!)Told me that I needed to go to FedEx Ship Centre at 475 Commissioners St instead (UPDATE: which is NOT the closest alternate location. Very fast and courteous Service. I was in a rush and required medical documentation to be printed from my email, I was able to quickly forward my documents and they were printed instantly. Very nice lady behind the counter, had a pleasant conversation with her. Highly recommend coming here if you’re ever in need of a fast printing service and are in the local area.

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced!The Evershine Print and Parcel saved the day for us with a same-day print, cut, AND delivery! We are not based in Toronto and unfortunately due to shipping delays, a very time sensitive product was not going to meet its destination in time. Within an hour from my initial call, they had the final product in perfect form delivered to the door of our destination. Cannot recommend them enough - will be using again!

Found the cheapest but high quality print out/photo copy in core downtown. Highly recommend this place. The lady who assisted me was very sweet and patient unlike most of the shop owners around downtown.

Great customer service - Very polite and helpful. Location is very central and they offer a variety of printing services, including Fedex/UPS parcel pickup and drop-off, business cards, large format prints and more! My go-to print shop for all my printing needs.

Great place for fast prints with good quality. Had some flyers printed and they turned out amazing, also got them same day! Drishti was a HUGE help, very kind and was on top of everything from paper selection to trimming!! Overall great experience in store and amazing customer service. Will be coming back again to do more business 100%.

Here comes MY FIRST negative review EVER on ANY store.Where do I start, the woman was unresponsive, didn’t tell me the price for the work beforehand. When I asked for the price, she told me she would charge 1.15 dollars per page for scanning (both b&w and low quality scans btw). The same work costs less than 50 cents per page at ANY OTHER STORE. So I worked them down to 90 cents per page because I had 40 pages and my work was urgent. Then when paying, I gave her some cash and she said she didn’t have enough cash to break down my money and LITERALLY TOOK 5 dollars of my money and put it in the register and acted as normal. I had to point it out twice for her to gave it back to me. And when she did she didn’t apologize nor said anything about it (she knew what she was doing). This wasn’t poor service it was full on disrespectful service and stealing my money. I will not go to this place ever again and for everyone else DO NOT waste your money at this place.
