Would not recommend this car rental company.

We rented a model 3 to test drive since the dealer doesn't offer test drives. The car was clean and they were very easy to deal with.

Not the best experience. Posting this review so it can help someone.

My experience with ALSET Cars was enjoyable and hassle-free. They took the time to explain the process from A to Z, following which they remained available for additional assistance. The car was in a pristine condition and very comfortable to drive. Couldn't have asked for a better model and service from you guys, thank you! I definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in renting a car!

This is just a reply to the owner who claims he has not done any business with me.I had rented a Nissan leaf through turo on 25th dec(hope that helps you bring back your faint memory) and your car stopped charging and you provided zero support remember?I Know your strategy, when there is a negative review,Just deny that I haven't done any business with you.Wish google gave me an option to reply on my previous review.P.S - I suddenly see many 5 star reviews after my negative review.If you are so concerned about the the reputation on Google.You should have dealt with your clients better.AnywaysGood luck with your ethics /principle of doing business.If you still don't remember doing any business.Please let me know I can provide you with the booking confirmation and the chat conversation.Anyways I don't expect any positive reply from you.Posting this review so that it can help someone who plans to book your car in future.Unlike me they will be saved from horrible experience..Update after the reply from owner.Please take a moment to read the response from the owner.Intially he denied that I rented the car.And then when I asked to upload the proof of booking.My mind is full of dirt.Unfortunately the owner is lying.No video of the car charging was provided.Good luck doing business with such people.There are many car rental companies in Montreal.Avoid Alset at all cost.They provide horrible service and then when you leave a review, your mind is filled with dirt.LolzI feel sorry for the business ethics of this company.Again my review is just to saving someone's who is wishing to book a car through them.My trip was already ruined.Update update!!!!!!The owner removed the mean reply.Where he mentioned that my mind is filled with dirt because I left a one start review based on my experience.Because he suddenly realized he has to keep a positive image to lure prospective clients.Your car ruined my 31st December.Wishing you happy new year, in Google review reply won't fix any of the trouble.Anyways Good luck and I pray you learn some manners As you proudly claim you are a Canadian company"Canadian are worldwide famous for their kind behavior."

Most professional places to rent an EV. Pick up and drop off was so easy !!! They reply to all your messages so fast. Professional and trusted. I will rent again for sure !!!
