Work was in timely manner and was quick to diagnose the problem and was swift to repair it. Even went as far to explain what and why it occurred. He had my dishwasher working quickly. Worth the expense and had even a great conversation. Absolutely will use this company again for any future issues with my appliances. Thank you east appliance . They repaired our whirlpool dishwasher that refused to drain.The technician came on time and quoted a very fair price so we gave him the go ahead - 30 minutes after we had a running dishwasher again ☺Definitely recommended for any dishwasher repair !

Our dishwasher leaked. I called East liberty Appliances. They suggested something I could try myself first of all so as to avoid paying for a call-out unnecessarily, but that didn't work. Called back and arranged an engineer call-out for the following day. Knowledgeable engineer examined the machine, diagnosed the problem, explained it to me and ordered the parts. He returned a few days, fitted the parts (new sprayer arms) and the problem was fixed. Helpful, prompt, friendly but professional service. Highly recommended

Great service by Jones! Came for our Washing Machine and he knew immediately what was wrong. He will be back with needed parts soon. In addition, I had a question about another Appliance and he checked it out, gave us the pointers needed and was on his way.
