I have used Courtesy Plumbing for several years now and have always had very good service and very fair pricing.

As landlords, we have used Courtesy for the past five years. They have always been reliable, responding quickly and efficiently. Their work has been well done and their prices have always been fair. They will continue to be our ‘go-to’ business in the future.

Phone calls always immediately answered and a prompt response and solution regarding an AC problem in our new Condo. Colin dealt with and successfully repaired the problem in a timely, calm, reassuring and courteous manner…all in the midst of one of the very hottest days. Would not hesitate to call him again!

We had them replace our A/C 5 years ago.It has NEVER worked right since day 1 - it constantly drips on the floor beneath the air handler unit due to very poorly insulated pipes.The system has needed to be recharged several times - and they charge us for every visit, but never fix the actual leak. It has quit again, but it is a complete waste of time calling them as they will NOT fix it - and they will just charge me another $500 for nothing. I have called another company to come and fix the issues and they found several issues with the way it was installed and hooked up. Just shoddy work mostly.I also had them install a thermostat - I even had them recommend the one I should get - and then it was not installed correctly - after REPEATEDLY trying to get them to come and fix it I had to pay someone else to do it. I even told them about this but was again ignored.No excuse for lousy work, made even worse by a total lack of customer service. They are one of the most expensive companies as well - TOTALLY not worth it.

Courtesy is my go to for all our plumbing needs. I have used them for both my rental and my house and always have been happy with their services. A couple of times we asked them to check out little things here and there with no mention of these issues beforehand, and they have always fixed our problems with no complaints. They are very professional, and have always answered all my questions very thoroughly, and patiently. Definitely recommend!

Customer Service is fine but keeping the stars because they charged $250 for kitchen faucet which is not more than $100 at any retailer of same brand and category.

The technician was amazing! So polite knew her stuff was fast efficient and friendly! Totally outstanding service , great advice and HONEST ! Fixed our Air conditioner!
