I am absolutely disgusted in the so called manager on duty I have placed a few orders never had issues before. Until this time I'm told the person im sending a delivery to needs to be notified never had that before I told them the person will be home and I will take full ownership if they are not. They can leave it on the porch, this so called manager starts laughing at me on the phone and when asked what's so funny and I want her manager she refuses and just says she cancelled my order. Never ever order from here I just placed and order a few months back never had an issue. I will be putting this all over social media they way this manager treats her customers.

The worst service and product EVER!!!Ordered a bereavement bouquet online for same day delivery. Unfortunately this store was incapable of completing my order and informed me that delivery would be scheduled for the following day (Wednesday).This was not acceptable for my order because the person the bouquet was for would be burring his brother (hence the condolences gift) on that day and would not be home to accept the bouquet.In order to avoid any further mistakes I took it upon myself to go to the store in person to request the delivery be done on Thursday instead of Wednesday.Warning: Beware of the elderly woman behind the counter that doesn't wear a uniform!!! She is rude, unprofessional and will ignore any request you make.Not only was the bouquet sub-par. It was dumped at the front door on Wednesday!!Simple solution: I will never again place an order and I will advise everyone to avoid this store at all cost.

I’ve used this particular store for delivery of arrangements multiple times, and they’ve never disappointed. I most recently sent an anniversary box of dipped strawberries with balloons to my wife’s workplace and it went seamlessly! The store has always called me a day before delivery to confirm my order & ensure the delivery date is correct. The fruit is always fresh & the presentation is beautiful. My wife loves it every time!

Product is always super fresh and super delicious. Have never had any kind of issue with this location or their staff. They are all very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!

The staff worked so hard at the St Catharines location and they are so friendly even on a crazy busy day ( Mothers day). Ordered some chocolate covered strawberries and the picture doesn't do them justice. They were a lot bigger than expected and very fresh and delicious! The ordering process was easy to use online and was excited I could make an order pretty close to mothers day (4 days away). Thanks so much! Will definitely use you guys again for the next holiday/birthday.

They delivered my arrangement to the wrong house and wouldn't do anything about it. The frustrating thing is that they left me a voicemail to confirm the delivery address while I was at work and then didn't wait to hear back from me before they actually delivered. When I called to discuss the matter, they just ended up blaming the person who sent it for providing the wrong address to them and insisted its out of their hands due to Covid. I think it's shameful that someone thoughtful had to spend $100 for this company's impatience and error and then to further blame them and use covid as a reason nothing can be done is just ridiculous.

They did not send or even prepare my order on time and didn't reach out to me to let me know if there was going to be a problem with delivering my order on the day I requested. When I called the store to get an update, there was no answer. Update - when I eventually spoke with a manager they were very kind and helpful with fixing the issue. The order was sent out a day late but because of this they sent an extra little gift with it. I've updated the rating to 4 stars because the recipient loved it so much and I appreciate how they fixed the issue.

Love this place. So delicious and beautiful setups.
