Do not buy fish from here. I noticed dead fish in their aquariums, but the lady assured me that if i bought the more expensive fish there wouldn’t be a problem. I bought the expensive fish and it did in fact have a parasite. Killed my whole aquarium. My fish that were over 7 years old died in just under a week from the parasite. So disappointed.

No one there seems to know anything about what they're selling. I don't know what happened to all the young girls that were working there, but they were all great.

So I went today to buy some decoration for my Betta fish and I asked them about what kind of things I can use and even If i needed a filter, they told me that it wasn't necessary and that everything I had was okay for that, 2 hours later my fish was dead! Seriously you cannot sell something you don't know how to take care of! And if you don't know just say it! Don't act like you do. Honestly not coming back never.

We bought two fish. One died two days later.But what happened next is much worse than the dead fish:At first, the lady in the store asked us to drive back and forth to bring the water from our house!One small piece of advice - get the dead fish and water back together!!!Why? Many products, knowledgeable person in fish matters, only issue the fishes and the aquarium products were a little expensive, special the seachem brand. Second time i was very disappointed. no experience at all, i took an overprice of a reservation, Laguna bio, 36$ plus was expiring in 2 months only. the person was so ignorant. Told me not to buy if i am not happy, after i was waiting already for 2 weeks for that order. Very disappointed and i am thinking to avoid this place. Is not worth it if clients are treated with such disrespect.

I come here quite often mainly to buy fish, fish supplies, frozen rats for my snake, but sometimes just to say hi to Charlie. The staff are always friendly and nice even with the short staffing, I've never had a bad experience shopping here. They have a decent selection of fish for a small store.
