Poor customer service. My wife and i came by interested in getting a riding mower/snow blower, we were the only customers in the store but had to ask for help. The salesman was nice but he mentioned he was new and it was obvious he had little to no product knowledge. He struggled with the computer for over 15 minutes just to get us a price on one mower. All the while another salesman sat at his near by desk loudly listing to talk radio or tv and never offering to help his obviously strugging coworker. We left there and went to the local Cub Cadet dealer and had a great experience and spent over $8k on our new cub cadet mower/snowblower.

Parts department went above and beyond lately. Mark and Sam stayed after hours so I was able to get the filters I needed for the sprayer. Jeff is very knowledgeable in the service department, he answers his cell phone whenever there is an issue with gps or a tractor.

Just bought a Gator from them, for use on clearing my property and trail riding. My dad was a John Deer man, I'm a John Deer woman. Great friendly service. Adam was a great salesman and Tyler in the service department is awesome. Drives like a jeep, works like a truck, Gator!

Had an initial issue with not getting a quote up front but they made it right. Customer service like the old days where people cared and were proud of their business, impossible to find these days. Can not say enough good things about how well they treated me and how they truly care. Highest recommendation.

I have had great customer care at Theriault Equipment! Today I called and talked with Adam Lombard, great service got my tractor radio and got the needed accessories needed to complete my radio install ordered for me ! He even followed up with me great service thank you !

Took over two months to service a lawn tractor. Some of that was supply issues but the service dept refused to contact me when there were issues. THEN when I got it back 2 of the 3 mower blades were not working. Used to be good before it changed ownership but epitomizes poor service now. Had good results for over 6 years under old ownership but never again will I use them for anything.Update: UAT local manager contacted me an apologized. The paid me the cost of having some one else do the repair so tractor worked. They said there were issues with service dept personnel and that they had made changes there. Still not going back to them even after an offer of a free oil change.
