I am referred by a friend of mine to this workshop. My friend strongly recommended their services. Nevertheless, their services simply are over my expectation. One of my tire is flat. I called them at 9:30, and Andrew made an appointment with me at 10:30. I got my car with patched tire at 11:00. The workshop is clean, and Andrew is as polite as professional. I am already 100% satisfied with the quality and speed of service until I see the price, which made my satisfaction jump to 200%!

My seat belt did not clip in. I went to the dealer. They said the inspection fee is ~$160 and they will decide the next step such as replace it by ordering new belt etc. I went to the first auto repair store. The owner was busy and advised similar procedure as dealer. I then went to AI. They were busy too but the mechanic checked the belt and fixed the issue within one minute. He said it is his deed so there is no charge. You can imagine how appreciative I was! They are people with integrity!!
