Quick Fence Repair

Horrible communication and scheduling! I wish zero stars was an option. They were scheduled to come one day where there was light rain for a half hour early in the morning, which later turned out to be a beautiful sunny 15° day. They had cancelled by email one hour before on the day of. I had said OK when they scheduled to return to do the job EIGHT days later. I waited patiently and did not receive any kind of follow up or reminder, figuring Vlad is a man of his word when he says they will do it next week. I took another day off work to make sure I was home for them as we needed to discuss some of the project. (I basically needed 3 new posts replaced) I had to contact THEM to see where they were THE DAY OF! Vlad finally called me back in the afternoon and said they were going to come this afternoon, but couldn’t which was TOTAL bull as they had completely forgot. I wouldn’t have even heard from him had I not contacted some woman I spoke with on the phone and explain the situation too. To make matters even worse he said to reschedule it would be almost 3 WEEKS later until they could do the job now!!! Outrageous! I asked if there was any kind of compensation after already cancelling twice, waiting 3 weeks now just seems ridiculous. Vlad offered no kind of compensation which he said he would get back to me and I still have never heard from him. Only hire these guys if you want a giant headache like I still have.

After much research, and many un-returned calls to several fencing companies, Vlad was recommended to me by a colleague. His e-mail responses were prompt and professional. We had a number of fence posts that needed repairing and Quick Fence Repair did an excellent job. My husband and I and our neighbours with whom we share the fence were all really pleased with the end result. Thanks to Quick Fence Repair our fence has gone from creaking in the wind to becoming a sturdy structure that can withstand the elements once more. Thank you!

We had work done to repair our fence that was falling over due to our neighbour installing a pond. Only the posts needed to be replaced. Vlad sent a quote within a day, arranged 3 guys to remove the fence within a few weeks to replace the posts and place the fence back. They did a great job, and it was in one day. Staff was super friendly. Vlad was fantastic in keeping me posted and quick response time. Will recommend this company to many!!
