Dr Cardinal has been my doctor 4x over the last 13 years. She is an incredibly warm, caring person. She does not rush through appointments or brush off concerns. She has always been very firm around the concept that it is your baby

I have been here for both of my pregnancies. Both times I have been seen by Dr Andrew Swinton and he was always professional and attentive to my concerns. I also had the pleasure to be seen by other doctors at this clinic and they are all wonderful to deal with. Unfortunately, my 2nd pregnancy is now a high risk one and I have to switch to a high risk OB. Dr Swinton was very empathetic towards my situation during this hard time. I wish him the best and will miss seeing him for the rest of my pregnancy. I had the best care with him and this clinic. Thank you

Dr cardinal and most of the other doctors have been phenomenal in my care. However STAY FAR AWAY FROM DR SWINTON. He is super rude and does not actually care about patient. Comfort/concerns and takes his other colluege’s opinions with a grain of salt. If we return here for our second pregnancy we will be absolutely REFUSING to be seen by that horrible man.

Such a great experience! Dr.Hong provided me with such fantastic care throughout my first pregnancy. He always listened to my concerns and took every action to ensure I felt confident, I never felt rushed or unimportant and would return to his care in heart beat! Dr.Cardinal delivered our son and provided incredible aftercare, she was such an wonderful help with learning the tips and tricks of BF and is just an all around caring person, you can tell she has such a passion for what she does :) Hailey is also just an absolute peach! All of the nurses there are just amazing, I just so happen to talked to Hailey the most through the phone :)

I had great experience here with my first pregnancy. Dr. Kwog (primary) was great -informative, professional, and efficient.Dr. Lo delivered our baby. She walked us through every step of the process. Great bedside manner.Dr. Cardinal got to check in on us before discharge. She provided helpful breastfeeding tips!Dr. Penrod saw us at 2 week postpartum appointment. She provided a lot of information on baby, my health, birth control options, etc. She is extremely knowledgeable and easy to chat with.All in all, it is a great clinic with fantastic staff! I will be returning if I get a chance!

After a poor experience elsewhere, finding Millwoods Maternity Clinic was a blessing. The level of care I experienced throughout my pregnancy, while in labour & the NICU & now at my 2 week postpartum appointment was exceptional. I’ve met several of the doctors & they have all been so kind, patient & great communicators. I never felt rushed at an appointment, they were very courteous when introducing interns & always ensured I was comfortable. I was fortunate that my doctor (Dr.Pernod) was able to deliver my baby. I couldn’t imagine getting better care anywhere else.

I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. All the doctors are beyond amazing. My ob gyn was Dr. Tessa penrod. I had my first appointment during 5th month of my pregnancy (i wish i could met her sooner). She treated me like my own elder sister. Whenever, whatever concern I had she dealt with that right away. Often times I said something in one appointment and forgot it after couple of appointments but she never forgot. She remembers each and every details about her patients. Whenever she suggest or talked about any issue she referred her own pregnancies not with her other patients which made me feel I am talking to one of my friends not with any doctor. She is busy but yet keeps herself super relax and calm whenever she talked with me. I live here with my husband, didn't have any other family members or relatives so every time I used to go for my appointments I used to feel like I am meeting one of my family members. I wish just the best for Dr. Penrod. She is an amazing human being. I also had appointments with other doctors sometimes when Dr. Penrod was busy in delivery . I had appointments with Dr. Leeor Eliyaho, Dr. cynthia Kwong, Dr. Lana, Dr. Cardinal all of them were beyond amazing. I am soo thankful to each of them to make my pregnancy easy and help me to bring my child safely. Also the front desk staffs are very friendly .

Had a near death experience bcos of Dr Kwong’s sheer negligence. She’s very temperamental and always been condescending when I share my concerns. Told me to change my thermometer and stop checking my temperature when I told her I get a fever and chills on and off. I was rushed in an ambulance to ER for hemorrhage and everyone was shocked to see my doc who I trusted had completely ignored my symptoms that were so obvious! Save yourself the trauma and get Dr Mccubbin or Dr Dohanuik who are both amazing.MMC is a low risk clinic with doctors who are not qualified OB-GYNs and if your case gets complicated during pregnancy or labour these doctors ignore it, give the wrong treatment or drop you and baby into the hands of a doc you’ve never seen before, the OB on shift at the hospital. Wouldn’t you rather have a QUALIFIED OB whose been seeing you through out your pregnancy and knows you well by your side at this crucial time!

My wife was reffered to this clinic by our family doctor. The front desk and admin who schedules appointment are rude everytime my wife calls them its like they dont want to help you.
