We have been Chris Bishop's clients for several years: and can't speak highly enough of him. We are older and must be his worst nightmare - technically useless! But he takes time to walk us through everything he is doing and is extremely patient. He installed a terrific audio visual system for us and wired our entire house when we renovated. We call him when need to tweak things and he is quick and efficient. We can't speak highly enough of him - and one of his great attributes is his incredible neatness when he is doing a job. Always leaves everything spotless. He is also a whiz on Apple gadgets!

I hired Chris at AV Lounge through an acquaintance 2 years ago and has been awesome! He did my media room and family room on budget and on time and assisted when we needed any help or had any questions. We are now working on a sound System for my backyard!

We just had Chris from AV Lounge do an upgrade in our Mancave. We purchased a new TV and receiver from AV and also got them to do the install and integration with our existing home theatre. His product recommendations and pricing were excellent. Communication was excellent and the install was done professionally and attention was paid to pandemic protocols. I will use AV again for future products.

My husband and I wanted a new tv and speakers for our home and Chris was great in taking the time to talk about quality and pricing options with us. He recommended the perfect sized tv for our space as well as an amazing sound system that is pretty much cat chewing proof (haha). We love the system! The install went smoothly and he made sure we were happy with the placement and angle. So happy with the service and products! I'd highly recommend Chris and would give him a call for any other AV needs.

Chris and his crew did a great job and I highly recommend AV Lounge. Chris installed a full entertainment automation system for us including 3 new TVs, reinstalling 2 old TV's, AV rack with entire automation for the house and built in speakers throughout the interior and the exterior as well as 2 surround sound systems. He walked us through all the things we didn't know (which was a lot), helped find some unique mounts for special locations that traditional mounts would not work. He and his team worked long overtime hours to make sure that everything was set up well and worked properly, and made several return visits to make adjustments and tweeks. Also has provided great after care quickly answering any inquiries that we may have.

Chris and his team have worked on our house twice. Our first experience was amazing as Chris built a complete home audio system and network throughout our entire home. Our second experience was upgrading our home network to meet the demands of a growing family and working from home. Each time, Chris and his team were efficient, clear, and professional. Their workmanship and expertise is amazing. We love the overall AV experience in our home and appreciate the hard work of AV Lounge for providing such an awesome AV experience at home.
