No charge and your courtesy ride is wrapped with a genuine Model 'T' exterior. Very subtle and great idea with a nice look, when I finally saw it yesterday at a distance and that's what sets you apart from the rest....

I brought my car for a recall, everything was fine. They offered me a shuttle which helped me a lot.

Wil was awesome to deal with on the phone, and answered the questions i had about our vehicle. 100% will be using them in the future

I brought my vehicle in for service. While doing the service the Ford tech broke my engine cover. They offered to replace at no cost but the part is not available and no estimated time of arrival. It's not a crucial part but the engine bay looks like s***. Service was good but how can a Ford tech not know how to remove an engine cover. It's basic, I thought. Been waiting 2 weeks now and who knows how much longer. If they gave me the broken pieces I could weld it back together temporarily.

Let me tell you a story about why we have driven an extra 20 minutes, as opposed to going to closer Ford dealerships, for the past 15 years to get both our vehicles serviced at Ocean Park Ford. During the pandemic, I brought my F150 in to have the two front headlamps replaced. I told one of the front desk guys that I had to pick up my kids after school, so I needed to be out of there in the hour that they quoted me for installation. He told me that he would do his best, but that the service department was short staffed. I sat in the adjacent building for 40 minutes and did not see my vehicle leave the spot where I had parked it in front of the service building. When I walked over thinking the head lamps would not be installed in time, I found that the guy behind the desk was installing the headlamps. Did he have to do this, no. Why did he do this? He did this because there was no one else to do it, and he wanted to ensure that I would be able to pick up my kids on time. I don’t know if Rob, I believe that was his name, still works at the dealership, but I later found out that he did this even though for years he has had major back issues. Clearly this is an exceptional example of the highest level of customer service that you could ever get, especially these days, but we must say that all of our experiences with the staff at Ocean Park Ford have been first rate. We highly recommend.
