Canadian Tire Gas+

Just left this location at 9:45 PM (May 16, 2021) where we stopped for gas at this Gas+ gas station (Cambridge North OnRoute). Would like to commend the agent who came out to serve us at the Full Service pump. Compared to our numerous experiences at On Route full service gas stations, this agent went above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service. He was respectful, greeted us, thanked us, washed our windows, and was overall very enthusiastic and pleasant. We did not get his name, however, he was wearing glasses. He deserves recognition. We hope that you can pass this compliment on to the agent and recognize him for his great work.

The parking for trucks are almost always full.. but, there is a nice place at the East side of the store for picnic and walk..

Terrible service. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I got charge twice on my debit card because the first one they said it did not go through but it was approved on the debit machine. They made me go for another transaction. Approved on the debit machine. Looked at my bank. Both transactions went thru. Tried to get that same instant. They said 2 hrs it will be reversed. It did not. Went nack to the station. Surprise for me to refund my money I need a printed statement from the bank. They know I will not come back for it. I was just passing by. Ripp off......I was already showing them the statement in my phone. Still they insist a printed one. RIPPPPP. OFFFF....The lady in the counter is rude too. DO NOT BUY GAS FROM HERE...DO NOT PAY BY CARD. IF YOU DO BE CAREFULL.....Very bad service. A rip off.

Shop is clean, tidy and well stocked.I'm not happy with my service as I was refused my my change. My total was 4.50, I handed over a $5 and was not given my change. When asked I was only stared at without a response.

Terribly expensive gas station, consistently 10 to 20 cents above local prices nearby. Avoid buying gas here, you will almost definitely find it cheaper elsewhere.

Stopped there for a fast refill and go. Seemed to be good

Friendly staff and fully stocked stuff at the pumps.

Got some gas. Price seems to be same as everywhere else but it was a convenient place to stop.
